I ordered a king bedroom set online over Memorial Day weekend. They didnt have it in stock, so it took almost 3weeks to arrive. (which I was actually ok with, as I wasnt in a huge hurry) Then I was told it would be delivered between 10-12pm on a Sat. And they didnt even show up until 1pm. It was a busy day for me, so I wasted a half day just waiting around for them. But the most disappointing aspect of all, was my surprise as I walked in to see the furniture color was NOTHING like the picture online. The picture showed a medium cherry red wood finish - warm-reddish tones that waved in and out of the wood. I didnt want DARK wood, which is why I specifically ordered what I did. But instead it ended up being a very DARK espresso brown color (almost black looking even) Unfortunately, theres no returns and it will cost me a 25% Exchange fee if I ordered something different to replace it. So, I basically feel stuck with it. Lesson learned - I will never be buying furniture online again. (that part is my fault) You just cant trust pics, as they can be VERY misleading and deceiving. The POSITIVE things I can say, is that Tanya was very nice, attentive, and friendly thru the initial order process. And the 2 men who delivered the furniture were also extremely personable, helpful, and friendly! So I cant say anything bad about them other than they were late. But all in all, Im just disappointed, as it looks completely different than what I had been so excitedly waiting for.

Disappointed Sofas are very small.. not helpful when i had a problem and wasnt happy with the sofa set i got . i at least wanted to exchange them,, .. noo! .i couldnt .theyre final sale rule is not fair. Especially ordering from a catalog youre just never sure how they really look,, they were tiny when i got them in my house. Im not going to pay for something im not happy with. it would be nice to have peace of mind that if for any reason people are not happy w the merchandise it can be returned or exchanged .

Bought a sectional from them about a year and a half ago. The sales experience was pleasant and Tonya was helpful and informative without being annoying. A couple days after purchasing the sectional I happened to see it advertised online for some $60 less and they were kind enough to refund the difference. The delivery was a good experience as well.

Purchased a new couch and love seat on Memorial Day weekend. It was busy, but Tonya was able to handle it. We shopped all over town, they had the best price on really nice furniture. The personal service was great. It took 10 days to get it from Seattle (3 hours away), but everything else was perfect and we love our furniture. Thanks Tonya!

My husband and I came in to purchase a dining table set and left with both a dining table set and a beautiful sectional. They were beyond friendly and they have the best prices in town. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a friendly smile and never felt pushed to purchase. Beyond happy with our experience here. :)
