I purchased 2 cars on the 25th of February. One I paid over 10k cash and the other I financed for my daughter. I told Lee the manager on the day I purchased the cars that I want the title transfer completed with out delay. Per Lee he will take care of it. I TRUST that he was a man of his word and that he would handle it. Per Lee the owner Tony will submit the transfer of title application to my county and all will be well. I again TRUST his word as so. I texted Lee on the 28th 3 days after I purchased both vehicles and asked was the paperwork for the title competed, Lee then began to tell me that the Tony the owner took care of it. I asked for for proof that it was done and he informed that he will talk to Tony. I told him I will give you sometime however I will again TRUST that you will handle it. I waited a couple of weeks and text Lee again (which he ignored) to check status. No response I then waited most of March before contacting him again about the title again he passed the information to this pointless of an owner Tony and yet again NO progress!! Now its April text messages and phone call to Lee once again asking about the title and now registration to both vehicle because the temp tag will be expiring soon. Once again you guessed it. Lee informed will check with Tony , and then Lee went on to say the title was in the mail that was 2 weeks ago from today April 20. I decided because I work for a dealership that I will run a check on both of the vehicles VIN that I purchased from these crooks. Low and behold not one of the VIN HAVE BEEN REGISTERED OR WAS THERE A TRANSFER OF TITLE SUBMITTED FOR THE CASH CAR. I called my county so they could run a check in the VINS and it was confirmed NO submission. I called Lee and I asked for the crook of an owner Tony and he did not get on the phone. I told Lee that the temp tags or expiring on Saturday and we need replacement tags. Lee NOT ONLY!!! Told me that he will take care of it ( right) but he asked me to get a dealer tag from my dealership!!!! I told his absolutely NOT!! I paid these cheating people over 13k for absolutely nothing!!! My daughter has even made her first payment to these crooks and still NOT ONE TIME HAS TONY THE OWNER EVER CALLED TO GIVE ME STATUS ON THE TITLE. it appears that he never had titles in the first place. I have filed a complaint with BBB, attorney general and Tx Dept of motor vehicles. The next step will be hiring an attorney to get my money back on both vehicles and giving them back there stolen properties.

The cars at this dealership are literally junk and over priced. They will help you get a car, after they take your money, but these cars need lots of work. I bought a Cadillac from there that was leaking antifreeze, didnt notice the smell right away but that was a $500 job in itself. I also noticed the power steering fluid evaporating fast from the resevoir. Finally it was determined one of the lines has a leak in it and it burns off the backside of the engine. Also, within a month it needed brakes all around, and needed new rotors along with front and rear shocks as well. In my opinion, my down payment of $4, 000 plus all the other payments I made. They should have provided me with acurate details that I asked for about the car. Does it leak, does it smoke, does it overheat; all this was answered by their main guy Steve who lied about everything. Dont be fooled by his charisma, hes a car salesman his goal is to sell you these broken down vehicles and take your money. Good luck hope this helps!

They were very nice and professional up until I purchased my 2004 porsche cayenne turbo. A month later everything started to break down, coolant pipes starter, fuel pump fuel filter, battery, tie rods, brake booster,. Before purchasing the vehicle they told me that they had their mechanic check everything and inspected it and the vehicle had checked out perfectly. If that was the case then this so called mechanic is just a straight up lier. I told Glenn about all the problems and they said they would help me get parts cheaper and get me a good mechanic to work on it well 3 months later havent heard a word from them and am stuck paying for a car that has sat in my driveway inoperable since I purchased it.. I just dont see how someone can play another person like that and screw them over. I have already spent 1500$ On tie rods fuel pump fuel filter brakes and now am having to pay 3100$ to repair the coolant leaks plus the 500$ monthly car payment. Beware of the vehicles they have for sale..

Ive NEVER seen any dealership go the extra distance they did to put me in a car. They worked with several finance companies, fought hard for me and when it didnt go through, found me a car that would and it would up being a much better car. They stayed after hours, they were always available and gave me ultimately a GREAT deal on a Ford Expedition King Ranch. Not one big dealership would have done what they did and find the car for me. They are incredible and I would HIGHLY recommend them to everyone!!! The service light even cam on shortly after I got the car and they said bring it in no problem. Not even under warranty.

Stopped in for a state vehicle inspection. I had no wait, the attendant was personable and friendly, and it was cheaper than the stand-alone drive through stations. Overall, the easiest inspection process Ive had in Texas.
