I have been coming here for many, many years and I do really like the place but they are always closing early without notice. Many times I have driven over here during normal, posted business hrs to make a pmt or to pay off and pick up my items only to have to turn around and go home and have to take time out of another day to rush over after work and spend more money on gas and repeating the wear and tear on my car tires and suspension ( crappy ass streets in whittier) etc all the while hoping they will be open like they are supposed to. If I had the money and time to waste like that then I wouldnt be needing to get a loan here. So once again I look up the sight on Google and check the hours ....9:30- 7:00pm OK great I get off work at six I can go pay for my loan and retrieve my belongings with time to spare...Awesome! At least thats what I thought..... Arrived @ 6:32 .... CLOSED! AGAIN? REALLY? GREAT F-ING GREAT Hopefully I can get back to pick up my items when they are open and before the cost of getting them back before the date when the cost goes up more due to interest AND TIME! Its not like they give credits or discounts on loans so no big deal.... BECAUSE THEY DONT! Nor do they reverse any fees for any reason.

I got a loan here a few months ago. Today, when I showed up to pay the interest, I realized that my last payment 4 months ago was applied to someone elses loan and that then mine was considered lost. My gold bracelet is already sold, and they paid me what its supposed to be worth if I were to sell it for scrap. My solid gold watch they still have, but its on layaway, and they refuse to take it out of layaway and give it back. It was their mistake, and now they expect me to wait and see IF the person that has it on layaway agrees to let me have MY watch back! Beware! ** 9/12/11: The issue has finally been resolved. I am getting my gold watch back. I only wish the bracelet my sister gave me hadnt been lost. I do appreciate the fact that I at least get my watch back.

They offered me 25$ for a special edition G shock, a brand new pair of fuel cell oakley sunglasses, a like new fossil watch, a bracelet made of ceramic and tuscan that originally cost $300. And 1t memory device that goes for 80 dollars. Where do they get 25 from? Better give sum sucky sucky for 25 dollars. Dont even bother going, use offer up

I buy psp for my kid, and it was defective ...Next day i email them, they told me we will exchange..I go the shop, they exchange it, but they did not gave me AC charger..they just gave me usb charger and i asked if i paid 75.00 and you guys wont me give ac charger?...They say << no, we are sorry >>...I will never go there again....

They very helpful and friendly. Just did not like, how they were trying to low ball me with an offer. If your selling anything, your best bet is to do it on the internet. Its time consuming but your better off.

t is very nice and very clean lay out. It isnt a bunch of junk. The service was great and friendly. I found a beautiful ring at a great price. I was pleased when my other jewelry was cleaned.
