My husband and I go there every few months for imported olive oil - we buy it a gallon at a time. They carry more than 1 variety and every one weve tried has been very good. Price comparison to regular grocery store makes even their high end oil about 80% cheaper (ounce for ounce) than buying at the grocery store. We like the specialty items they sell around the holidays and also we really appreciate the quality of their meats. Good place. We hope they prosper and dont change too much along the way.

Best service and best sandwiches! Make sure to browse the grocery section. They have a lot of neat italian imports including gelato, and cookies. They also have a small produce area, seafood, wine, oils, house prepared pizza dough for 1.99 wow! We love the A1 Deluxe and the Capresse sandwich

My grandpa used to take me there when I was like 5yrs. old to buy groceries and freshly stomped grape juice to make wine. I went back many years later to get a sandwich.The staccato of Italian shouts to the kitchen for orders, sights and smells literally took me back to 55 yrs. ago!!

Have not been there for years, was visiting, and my 8 year old nephew remembered A-1 and how good the sandwich was! I was going to order just for him, but thought if i dont get one for myself, i will keep bring up "i should of" & doing so it was the best & yummy!!

Somebody recommend this deli for a sandwich, tried the Philly cheese steak, very good , took a look around and was impressed with selection of goods ..... where do you see salt cod nowadays .

Great selection of Italian products, including frozen padta. Good sandwiches. Some of the guys behind the meat counter are GREAT. The guys who are the owners have NO personality.
