I paid for my new car on Wed 10/21/2015, I added a trailer hitch, remote start and heated seats. The salesman said I could pick it up on Sat the 24th. He called me on Friday and said that it wouldnt be ready until Monday the 26th. I texted the salesman on Monday and asked if it was ready, he replied yes so I made arrangements for a ride and arrived at the dealership at 6:30 pm. I asked for my salesman at the front desk and she paged him, after waiting a half hour he showed up , when he saw me he said I dont think your car is ready, I replied I texted you today and you said it was ready. He looked at his phone and said I thought you were another customer, he then went to the service dept. to check on the car, he returned and said it will be ready tomorrow for sure, he was sorry and he gave me a ride home. The next day I called the service dept. because no one called me. I waited on hold for 10 minutes before a service man answered, he said he wasnt working on my car but told me he thought they were waiting on parts and it wasnt ready. He said call back tomorrow and talk to the manager. On Thursday the 29th a woman from the service dept. called me and said they were waiting on parts and it should be ready by Friday the 30th. She called me Friday and said it wouldnt be ready and that I could get my car for the weekend and bring it back Monday. I thought I didnt want to go through the trouble of returning it and waiting again so I didnt pick it up. On Monday the 2nd of November , Dennis the customer service guy called me and said they were still waiting for parts, he apologized and said he would let me know when it was ready. On Thursday November 5th 16 days after I had paid for the car he said it was ready. When I arrived at the dealership I was inspecting the car and noticed that the hitch and the remote were aftermarket parts. I paid 600 for the hitch and when I researched it I found that it averaged around 200. I paid 500 for the remote and it averaged 50 dollars. I told Dennis that I thought all the parts were OEM. Also when they wired the hitch they didnt run it out to the hitch they left it in the trunk underneath the spare tire. He said bring it back tomorrow and we will fix it. I told Dennis that I wanted receipts for the parts and installations , he said he would and that he would get back to me. The next day I told him I would just run the wiring myself , he said that they wouldnt do anything on the price because they lost money on the deal. I told him I paid the internet price on the car plus the 1500$ for the extras. I told him so your telling me because I paid the price you were asking that you lost money so you had to make it up by using aftermarket parts and making a profit on what I paid and what it cost you. He said enjoy your Rav4. This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with, they lie and tell you what you want to hear even though they know they cant deliver. I waited 16 days from the date of purchase to get my new car and then get screwed and basically told we dont care. I will tell everyone I know not to deal with Tony Divino worst experience ever.

"How To Avoid 2 Of The Most Common Mistakes People Make When Buying A Vehicle... #1... Do not trade your vehicle in, if you do , you just lost about $5000 dollars heres why - car dealers at best will give you wholesale or less for you vehicle... they buy at wholesale and sell at retail... put it on KSL and sell it yourself... #2... If you find a vehicle you want to buy, if it is used get a CarFax and then get your mechanic to check it out, make sure the transmission is in good shape... if everything checks out - offer them your price that you will pay... and be prepared to walk out of the dealership... and then watch how fast things change, just stand up and head for the door... you have just created a Paradigm-shift... and by the way if you are trying to buy a used vehicle there is probably a $5000 mark-up... so now you know... chances are if you buy a vehicle from these people youll never hear from them again, its nothing personal, its just how most sales people operate... "Dear Dennis... i do not have animosity for your dealership... its just that i have contempt for incompetence... nothing personnel - its just business... when you see a business squander resources on un accountable advertising by people that could not produce an effective add to save their lives... i find that mind blogging... especially when you waste 30 grand a month and have no idea where your customers are coming from... try an exit survey, it might give you some insight as to why people came into your store... read what happened to Randy Vallejos... dont take my word for it Dennis... If you really want to repel people - tell them how honest you are, thats one of your messages on a billboard... didnt your mom or dad tell you what to do when people tell you how honest they are... cover your wallet and head for the door... that probably is not a good USP... Tom Green... read his review to find out how you will be treated... Read what Jonathan Frazier had to say about his experience at Tony Divino Toyota... Stephanie Swayngim had a great experience read what she had to say... I have to wonder who is advising you folks to push the "trust us we are car dealers theme... people should run for the door when you have to tell them to trust us... One other thing customers might consider: Your vehicle that you purchased has the manufactures name or logo all over the vehicle - is it really necessary to do FREE advertising for the dealership that sold it to you?... Have the vinyl lettering removes from the rear area of your purchased vehicle -- unless the dealer offers you money to advertise their store...

What a great experience buying a car from Tony Divino! I put a deposit down on a new 4Runner TRD Pro in August and they got exactly what I wanted, kept me informed though the waiting process that lasted several months, and did everything to make the buying experience as smooth as possible. They treated me as an individual, not as another number, or car sold. Iggy (Ignacio) was always there to answer my questions, and do everything he could for us. I have had dealings with other Toyota dealers in Utah, and Tony Divino is the best! Bountiful Toyota wanted $3000 OVER MSRP for the same 4Runner and they told me that "everyone else is doing it" so they could justify the price, which turned out not to be the truth. Then they posted it on KSL for MSRP. I have also had bad experience with Karl Malone Toyota with my older 4Runner when they put a knock off aftermarket part on it and didnt tell me about it. That part rusted in 2 months and I had to fight tooth and nail to get them to make it right. Worth the drive to Ogden if you are looking for a Toyota! When I buy another new car, I wont go to anyone else! 10/6/2016 - Tony Divino continues to impress me. Not only did I have a good experience at buying a new car, but with servicing my older one. I have a 02 4Runner with 216,000 miles. I replaced the lower ball joints and 3 of 4 tie rod ends. I called to see if they had an appointment for an alignment. They didnt, but said they could fit me in. I was unable to bring the car in until 3:30 PM. They needed some parts to mount new rims so the tires would fit. A parts driver stayed late to get the parts I needed. The alignment tech and service writer (Eric and Tyler), stayed until 7:00 PM to make sure it was done correctly. Very grateful for a service department that goes the extra mile to make sure my car was done as promised. Overall, Tony Divino has gone the extra mile to make sure my needs are taken care of. In comparison, Karl Malone has tried to align my 02 4Runner several times and I ALWAYS have to take it back to them at least 3 times because the alignment is off. First time was done correctly, everytime at TD Toyota.
