Came here to exchange a necklace and found excellent customer service. They also have a microscope here which is very useful. I am very happy with my necklace its so beautiful. The necklace is part of the unstoppable love collection and its just so eye catching. I love the staff here and they were just wonderful. Coming back here for sure.

Really rude people not helpful at all me and my boyfriend were there to talk about my new ring and then a few days later he said that they were not nice to him and then they hung up on him for no reason

Very unknowledgeable staff. Rude. Unprofessional. FYI theres way too many other jewelers in the mall with people who actually know what they are talking about to be wasting anytime here.
