My family has been using Razny for years. We work with Marina and she is fabulous. She is very patient and interested in your life and well being. She also is never pushy at all, which I love about her. You should definitely ask for her if you visit here. I just bought my fiances wedding band here and couldnt be happier. My parents have bought numerous pieces from here and the customer service is unmatched. They even send you special discounts and champagne for your birthday or anniversary. For example, one of my moms rings had small diamond fall out that she hadnt event noticed. They found it when they checked it over when she came to have it cleaned. The ring was only a few months old and they replaced the diamond free of charge. I love that they check your stones every time you come in to see that they are yours and havent been replaced with fake ones, and also to see that the setting is still sturdy. Shop at Razny and you wont be disappointed.

Simple Luving
This store has much to offer besides the high end merchandise it carries. A friendly staff member was there to greet me. Matt Farley was impressive; he was able to tell the line model of my watch simply by looking at it. He kept me updated on the status of my service. As a salesman, hes knowledgeable and pleasant to work with neither overbearing nor pushy. Left the store very happy with the service I received. I highly recommend this place and, of course, Matt.

Have had multiple wonderful experiences at Razny -- everything from engagement and wedding rings to diamond earrings and watches. Be sure to ask for Marina. She is very patient, kind, and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this store. I have referred friends here and they have had wonderful experiences as well. Marina has never steered us in the wrong direction.

Good. I did have to call and check on my ring two weeks after I left to see what the status was and how much it was going to cost me. My ring arrived two days after it was sent and appears the repair was a good job.
