I dropped my watch and the face came off. I couldnt put it back together, so I took it in to have it repaired. They were friendly and prompt and fixed it on the spot for free! Then, 2 weeks later, I went in for a new battery because my watch didnt work. After they tested it, they determined it did work but there was something more technical wrong with the minute hand. They fixed this watch as well free of charge bc they didnt have to replace the battery. Im not saying they do free services, but I am saying they are fast, professional and honest. I know nothing about the inside of watched so both times I was prepared to pay and shocked to have a fixed watch and not pay a dime.

Wow. I went in with a Timex band I broke a few years back. They replaced the battery and fixed the band for under $20 in about 5 minutes. There were three people working there and I saw about 7 customers in the store (both before and after) while I was there and every one seemed to be having a great experience. I shouldve gotten my watch fixed sooner. It was great.

One of Chicago best place for watches repair. I had some issue with water getting behind the glass. when I took my watch there they fixed the problem with no charge. Even though I tried hard to pay for their service, they insisted on not charging me. I definitely plan on going back to buy my next watch.. Their service is highly recommended!!

I bought a new watch band here and it started to come apart pretty severely after only a few months of wear. It was just a $20 leather band, but still-- it seemed pretty crummy. Service was pretty good and helpful. I just dont know if I would buy from here when I get can a genuine Wenger Swiss watch band on eBay.
