We had a good experience with Ashley Furniture recently. Shopping at the home store was very casual and unrushed. There was a nice selection to choose from within a wide variety of price ranges. Our sales person was respectful of our criteria and price range and answered all of our questions. We were able to look around and discuss on our own before looking at different payment and financing options. Setting up delivery was quick, pleasant and the delivery men were very personable and respectful! I hope the furniture holds up well- there has been some stigma with certain sets being made of poor quality materials & workmanship. Our set was NOT cheap, nor does it appear so. The saying goes- "You get what you pay for"! Were hoping this stands true :)

The Ashley HomeStore in Marion has excellent customer service! We ordered a table & six chairs online. The chairs arrived via UPS and the table was in-home delivered. I was concerned that we would have to assemble the chairs ourselves, but was quickly assured by the Marion store, that the delivery professionals would assemble them when they brought our table. Our delivery was scheduled for later in the day, but a phone call from their drivers asked if they could come early! Excellent service, thank you.

A great experience with Ashley Furniture store in Marion Ohio. Very friendly sales people and there delivery crew was awesome. We was worried about getting our items in our home due to a unique floor plan and these guys (and gal) had them in in record time. Will definitely use the Marion Ashley Furniture store again.

Awesome furniture, good staff. Only issue is the new furniture smell. Its kind of smells like toxic chemicals and takes a few weeks to fade off. They say its the scotch guard.
