I hate writing bad reviews, but most of the time, i find myself not wanting others to experience the bad service i get. So i have to tell.... But every once in a while, you find a gem of a business. After several good exchanges, i must tell everyone i know and paste it on the matrix (web). I have purchased everything from dryer, washer belts, dryer fan blades, several bake elements for stoves. Dayco has always had the parts in stock, and cheaper than Ebay. Which is nice, because you can get the part locally, and support a local business. i have developed a reputation among friends for my ability to repair their appliances and saving them money. Especially those fallin on rough times, buying the parts and repairing them for free (sorry family and friends only too much liability). Thank you Dayco for always having the parts i need and offering expert advice on my appliance repairs.

Big name parts places that cater to professionals are usually rude and dismissive to to well intentioned DIYers. Not these folks. They continually over-achieve at making me feel welcome, and offering helpful advice. I know my way around other suppliers in town that require accounts to buy from them, but who needs them anyway? Dayco every time! and go ahead and compare their prices to the internet - why wait when you can buy it over the counter for the same price. Some parts Ive bought from them were 1/2 the price of S**RS parts local or on the internet.

My 20 year old dryer stopped heating and I walked in there expecting to purchase a new heating element. The person that helped me suggested I pull some parts and showed me where on a parts diagrams. I went home and brought back in the parts and everything tested out just fine. They gave me some more suggestions and it turned out that the dryer wasnt plugged in correctly. Unbelieveble level of service and they didnt try to sell me something I didnt need. Saved me over $100

Fast and friendly service. When I started asking the guy about the part but I was buying he turned to one of the other customers who was also in the room and asked him who gave me the full lowdown on how to install the part. He was a professional also picking up parts but spend a minute answering my questions. I will definitely come back as their prices are also in line or better than everybody elses

They would not take back an unused electrical part after it left their store for 17 hours, even if the part is still in its original packaging. They may have a large stock of parts. But before you go, make sure your old part is definitely dead. Mine came back to life after switching the power off and on again. Hope this helps.

Called Dayco when I needed a belt for my washer. Carlos was extremely Helpful and Friendly, gave me directions on how to get to their store and an hour later I can wash my linens again. THANK YOU! Also the Belt was 10 bucks. Cant beat the price and not having to wait on the mail.

When my whirlpool dryer shorted out, the piece I needed was on backorder for 3 months. They worked with me to help find the appropriate parts to rebuilt the same piece, and instead of paying $35 to whirlpool, I spent $4 and had my dryer back up and running.

Had the belt I needed for a rather old dryer in stock. If youre in need of an appliance part, I cant recommend them highly enough. Just make sure you have the part number or model number of the appliance and itll be as smooth as possible.

Weve had to use Dayco a lot for our washer. They always have the parts we need and at a good cost! I dont have a huge review to write or anything. But just if you are looking for a part, this is the place to go!
