I have purchased appliances from Global Appliances in the past so when I needed my refrigerator serviced I called them. When the gentleman came out he quoted me a price after checking the fridge and assured me that was my problem. After waiting a few days my part came in and the guy returned. He looked at the fridge again and said it could be something else but replaced the part anyway. My fridge still wasnt working properly so I contacted another service company because at that point I didnt trust them. When the other company came out he did a more extensive check of the fridge and said the part i had replaced was defective. I called Global back and explained the situation, who then told me that my warranty was now void because another company touched it. In short Im out of $179 and my problem has not been fixed!

The Technician Eric Glazer came to my house. He was lazy and didn’t want to labor to find the problem. He started telling me what he felt was the problem and when I asked him to show me how he came to this conclusion he began to raise his tone and speak aggressively towards me in front of my kids, then he stormed out my house leaving with my copy of the paperwork and everything. On top of that he caught himself from cursing at me about 3 times. My kid’s mouth was on the floor and said mama if daddy was here he would not have talked to you like that. When my husband got home they knew exactly what cursing words he was about to say and they was really upset and so was I. Because of this situation I will never deal with a service man without my husband again… This Company is the worst!!!

I called my bank and filed a dispute to get my over $1,000 refund from this company. I bought a sofa, loveseat and what I thought was a table and 4 chairs. It looked nice in the store, but when they delivered it... I found out they dont do any set up. My table set was in a box and I tried to assemble it and its broken and messed up. The sofa and loveseat didnt match and the wood on the bottom is cheap and crumbled once I tried to screw it on. They were rude when I asked for a refund so now Im making a claim with my bank and getting others involved. What furniture store DOESNT assemble and not tell someone at the time of purchase. DO NOT SHOP THERE IF YOU HAVE THE FUNDS FOR A REAL FURNITURE STORE!!!!

I had got a washer from here b4 and it was a good one. This time i bought a stand up freezer and dryer thinking this is a good used place. Well the stand up freezer was broke! It wont get to 0 degrees and wont shut off. Its been running for 3 days straight so my electric bill will b through the roof! I bought food to put in there so i cant unplug it. This morning now theres water on my floor. Plus my dryer is banging. This being a repair shop should try the appliances first and fix them b4 selling! Not happy!!

After a month of being unable to repair a dishwasher, I replaced it. They refused to repair the broken one under the protection plan since it was "no longer the primary appliance". They are a joke to work with and their technicians are not capable. After having an appliance broken for an entire month due to their own incompetence and inability to order the correct part, they used a loop hole to get out of it. Horrible company. Stay away from them for service.

I have a lay a way there i put 365 down on the lay a way and i lost my receipt.I wanted to make a payment on the lay way and i was told that i could make a payment but my furniture could not be realeased without a copy of my reciept so they expected for me to give them my money with no gaurantee that i would recieve my merchandise it made no sense.

They claimed they called to reschedule the service scheduled thru consumers. Unless my dog can answer the phone, no phone call was ever received. They pretty much told consumers that I was a liar. Needless to say, they never came.

Despite previous reviews i still visited this establishment & bought my boys brand new mattresses for a vreat price.Ernie was very friendly and helpful as well as informative. All other staff were friendly. Great customer service
