Like i said this did not happen to me it happened to my roommate i was there and watched the whole thing. You are a despicable person your actions and conduct with her was vindictive and childish. Youre the owner your supposed to treat the customers properly not make up lies and excuses as to why you did what you did. Worst experience Ive ever had with a company they broke our fridge upon delivery and would only replace it with a broken fridge. They where very rude and unprofessional and avioded our phone calls and gave us excusesses as to why then When we came to the shop to pick up the replacement our selves( even though we had originally paid for delivery) we just could not afford too take more days off work. we wer told we are no longer allowed to have that one. We could only have one of three he picked out. All three wer broken in the store. It was written on the front of them BROKEN NEEDS PARTS. THEY REFUSED TOO SELL ME A WORKING MODEL EVEN IF I PAID THE DIFFERENCE.they proceeded to call the cops who told him he was being a bad buisness owner and to uphold his reciept and warranty. He flat out told the police no He will not keep his word or validate my receipt.An They showed no remorse for the 4 days of work I had to miss dealing with these people missing wages or the $200 in groceries. They are complete con artist. They only replace broken appliances with more broken appliances and only when they feel like getting around to it. this happened to a friend today. I drove her up there. Before they reply with we dont have Your name in the system. I just watched as this all played out.

Bought a decent looking fridge for a decent price. Took them two weeks to get it half a mile down the road. The two movers were polote and friendly. Unlike the clerk I talked to who looked strung out and could barely remember anything Information regarding shipping address and what not (he even misspelled my fiancés name "D-a-n-e-i-l-e-e") When we finally got the refrigerator delivers and hooked up, It doesnt work. So another two weeks go by until a replacement arrived, a smaller replacement mind you much older than the original one I paid for. the compressor rattles loud enough that my upstairs neighbors mentioned it. It runs very often and is extremely Inefficient piece of trash the only thing I have positive to say is the fridge still runs. In my opinion they are scammers and I recommend going somewhere else. DISCLAIMER: this was a year ago and the only reason I am writing this is review now is because of the constant rattling reminder every time the compressor kicks off and the headache that lead up to it. Avoid em.

This is the absolute worst store to buy any type of appliance from. Sold us a broken fridge would not respond to multiple calls about service. When I finally got a hold of Kelly my warranty ran out but out of the kindness of his heart he replaced it with a broken fridge. Mike is rude and condescending. Treated myself and my aunt with complete disrespect. When all of this is brought to them they claim to not know who you are and cannot find any invoice. After confronting them today they stated they want to go blow to blow with my crackhead family. Total disrepect. Now Im stuck with a fridge that doesnt work and $300 worth of food thats no good for the 3rd time. All of this and he claims to be a friend of my dads for 10 years, if this is how he treats friends I would hate to be his enemy. Good luck getting a hold of Kelly unless you call the cops then he appears out of thin air. Please please go elsewhere. Conartists!!!!!

I hear you are a very shady business man. You sell an appliance that you say you really were not supposed to sell because someone else was coming to purchase it but you sold it anyway. Even though this is a used product you as a business person should do anything in your power to make sure what you sell is in operating working order. At most you could have made absolutely sure that you made it clear that there was a problem. Then you turn around and make it the customers problem. Good job of not taking any of the blame. And instead you go on social media and bad mouth the customer. you are the "BUSINESS MAN" try being a good owner and not argue with customers. Did you know one person tells one person and that person tells 10 more people and so on and so on.

They only care about getting the sale they are rude obnoxious we took our own washer and dryer home well when we got home the washer was not working properly I called them the next day and he wanted to charge me to bring someone to my house to fix the washer that wasnt in my house for more then 24-hours mmmmm they came out supposedly fixed it but the spin clyle wont start spinning unless you open and close the lid by hand between the rinse and spincycle other wise the water is draining but wont spin. I wouldnt recommend them to no one to much headache and attitude to deal with.

I bought a side by side fridge from here, they told me if I got it home and something was wrong with it, that they would fix it. Not to mention the cracked drawer that came with it that they said they would replace and never did. Once I got my fridge home, the water dispenser in the door was leaking from under the fridge. I called 4 times before someone actually called me back to tell me that they would not fix it. They also sell dirty appliances, and you literally have to ask them to clean them before you purchase it. NEVER again.

These reviews are classic! Honestly have made me laugh as I am standing in the store talking to the owner. He is very nice and PROFESSIONAL! I have purchased a washer/dryer and fridge from them before and I am back because I need a new washer due to losing my previous washer and dryer in my house fire. All the negative reviews are so judgemental and untrue. I love this place and will continue to buy my appliances threw them for many years to come.

Very unreliable!!! Theybsay theybare going to deliver your appliance between a certain time and do not show up, no phone call to inform you of their delay if there is even one and their phone lines are always busy!!! So here we sat for over a week without the replacment promised and the day they say they will exchange out their defective appkiance they dont show up and lack the ability to call you and inform you!!

I am moving to the area soon. I have never been to your store but I can tell by your response to negative customer ratings that you are not the place for me. When a client provides a negative rating you suck it up, apologize and make right of the situation. You do not attack them and brag about how many businesses you own.

I purchased a gas dryer from Mount Clemens appliance yesterday for a great price. The staff was knowledgable and polite. I had the dryer in my basement within 45 minutes of me showing up to purchase it. I would recommend Mount Clemens appliance to anyone looking for appliances for far below sticker price!
