Purchased a dryer and stove from Westerville rd location. I was told I would get the handle replaced on the warmer drawer on the stove. A month and a half later still not replaced and no one willing to help me. As far as the dryer... 30 days after purchase, Dryer would not shut off. It was still under the 90 day warranty, service person came out and told me the thermostat was bad. Thermostat replace. After the fix the dryer got so hot it melted the bounce bar all over my clothes, it smell like burning plastic and to top it off the dryer vent that was taken off by the tech was not replaced. I called to figure out what was going on, I was told someone would come out to look in to it. After thinking about it, do I want the people that could have burnt my house down and damaged my clothes fixing the dryer again? I canceled the appointment. When I called to cancel, I was told that my so called warranty would be void if I had some one else work on it. I was OK with that, I called Appliance man service. Service person opened dryer and the electrical wiring diagram was not with the dryer. The service person loaded the dryer in the van and took it to the shop. Result was that both thermostats needed replaced. The thermostat that had been replaced by Columbus Appliance was USED and made the dryer over heat. Luckily my house did not burn down for a 15.00 part. Buyer beware.

Worst place to shop for appliances, their mission statement is a lie, their customer service is out the window and they dont care how they talk or treat you. I bought a stackable Frigidaire washer and dryer set that I had to pay $50. dollars each for the top and bottom just to cover the warranty because they said it was not one machine. Then to get my appliance home and it leaks all over my floor during the draining process (even though all of their appliance have been tested.. RIGHT!!). What they didnt say was if I picked up my appliance the warranty wouldnt cover it unless I brought it back in and they wont even come to my home to fix it! A lady named Ronda who was clamming to be the owner (even though clearly on the web site it says Ron) was very mean and rude, she said there was no one else who I could speak to get this issue resolved and then was rude enough to hang up on me when I was telling her Im a mother of six children and I didnt have the means to bring the machine back in. Not to mention they wrote on my receipt a whirlpool and gave me a Frigidaire and know thats the one they want to replace the one that I have with even though it has a smaller bowl and I still would have to come pick that one up and drop the one I have off if I want to get this issue resolved. So all that money basically out the window as if I can afford that with nothing in return!!

BEWARE IF THIS PLACE! My washer broke one day & my husband went down to talk to them. He returned & we had to load it up & he took it down. Went back a few days later & he picked it up brought it home & we hooked it back up. Well guess what it did the exact same thing as before they fixed it. They did no repairs to the washer at all! If it was fixed why was the same thing wrong???? They offered no refund, no bring it back in, nothing! How do they stay in business with such bad deals going on. They are so overpriced & all of the things I looked at before this incident were junk & worthless. This place needs a good cleaning also, including the employees who could also use a few lessons on customer service & compassion. Instead of not repairing things. If you repair it you try it out to make sure its fixed. They do nothing & get away with it. Its sad that people who need appliances & repairs are taken advantage like this! I didnt even want to give it one star.

Horrible! I dont usually write reviews, but this merits a warning to other potential buyers! Take your business elsewhere! I just bought a used Kenmore washer from them on Thursday 5/8. They delivered the washer the next day. That same day, I tried to use the washer and it was already broken; it wouldnt complete a cycle and leaked water all over my floor. I called them that same day, trying to be reasonable even though I was miffed they had just sold me a broken machine. I had hoped they would honor the warranty and get someone out here to fix it. They wouldnt schedule a repair man till Monday (today) 9:30-1. I said "Okay" and expected them to be here today to fix it. ... Nope. I waited patiently and called them at 2:30 and they hadnt even sent someone out! I had to reschedule them for Friday, so well see if they show up. Not sure what Im going to do about my laundry until then; I have a 7 month old baby, so its really going to pile up.

I got a refrigerator from here a year ago through a nonprofit organization who paid for the refrigerator because ours prior to this one was going out. I was promised that it was a great running refrigerator even though it was used......well this refrigerator only lasted a year!!! Now Im stuck trying to figure out how to get another refrigerator because this company wont do anything about this one. And when the guys came to take the old fridge out and put the new one in, one of the guys broke the turn bob that turns the water off to the ice maker and didnt say anything so know we have a leak from that. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!! Their attitudes suck and they can be pretty rude at the mouth. Worst place ever to get a refrigerator from!!!!

Columbus Appliance & Parts came highly recommended to me from a patient. My office needed to replace two appliances in two separate properties. They were very helpful in providing photos of the available appliances and worked within our budget limitations. They have been amazing in how quickly they helped us with service calls and the staff are always extremely polite and helpful. Our office will be contacting them first every time we need help and wholeheartedly recommend them.

i cant describe how awesome these people are , if you need a part that you cant find anywhere call these guys they probably have it , I came all the way from Indianapolis for a fan motor for my refigerator that I didnt have time to wait for shipping anywhere else with , they hooked me up and made me a great deal that was cheaper that ordering one anyway with my travel gas included , recommend these people to everybody that needs help with appliances

A service call yesterday reminded me of the following Ive bought several appliances over more than 10 years. All were a great value, and they all still work! I appreciate their honesty. They listen to what I need and when I ask, give me recommendations that meet my needs, instead of trying to sell me more than I need. Service is prompt, thorough and economical.
