Ive been going to this Goodwill every other week or so for a few years, I can typically find something every other visit. But when I was looking at the "new" / "recently rolled out" rack of clothing today, an employee informed me that I cannot shop from the new rack (first time ever from this location), which made for a brief uncomfortable conversation. Note: No other thrift store Ive been to in the Midwest has this policy other than Goodwill Olathe, and Goodwill Overland Park (The employees in OP actually get snippy about it). This is unfair to the employee who is instructed to enforce this rule, and to the customer who is just trying to look at the clothing just being put out. No other thrift store does this, most encourage new rack shopping, this policy makes no sense and could actually discourage customers from coming back. Wake up Goodwill management, you rely on donations, customers have other choices in which thrift stores they donate and/or shop from.

Sometimes it seems they should have more staff manning the cash registers, I pretty much always have to wait in line (and this is coming from someone who stops in there several times a week). Other than that, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the place is kept orderly and smelling good - no yucky thrift store smell.

This store is more miss than hit. There are cars in the donation drop off lane at all times during the day, yet the shelves tend to remain rather empty. On more than one occasion, Ive visited and found completely empty clothing racks and shelves.

Shopping is fine there. But I wont donate at this location anymore. The sorters in the back who are supposed to help you unload were rude and judgemental to me about the things I donated.

Good stuff at decent prices. The selection doesnt turn over terribly quickly but that is how these things go when a business relies on donations.

Worst Goodwill I have ever visited not organized at all. Smelled stinky. Had like no kid stuff. It was terrible. Never going back.

This one always seems to be sparsely stocked, especially compared to the Savers across the street. They are, though, far cheaper.

Stuff isnt always cleaned up real well. But. Its a thrift store. Good variety and turnover of goods though.

Very large area with HUGE DVD collection. Not a great selection of kids clothes or shoes.

Hardly anything in the store, dirty, and had a horrible smell. Incredibly disappointed.

Very unorganized and trashy. Only good thing is friendly people who work there.

Great prices. They move the store around once a month so hard to find anything.
