I had a great experience here! I was shopping backwards - I gave a specific set of requirements as far as MPG, age, mileage, and the type of financing I wanted, but no specific make or model - AND THEY LISTENED. Now - I know you must be thinking "this guy has great credit, he doesnt get it" - nothing could be further from the truth! Our credit is on the low end of average, yet I still walked in 2 hours before closing, in the middle of a storm and was treated with respect. Not only did they walk me around in the rain to show me MULTIPLE cars that fit my vague (yet still specific) requirements, but they did it attentively and politely! EVERY person I interacted with was polite, professional, and basically just awesome. My intention was to simply shop around and see what they could do with financing. I had NO plans on making a purchase until the next weekend. But they were the most genuine sales people I have EVER dealt with. They cleaned up at least 3 cars just so I could drive them, then when I balked at the color of a car I (outwardly) showed mild interest in, they sent a guy down the road (12 miles to be exact) to get the one I liked. Now I am the proud owner of a new 2016 Mitsubishi Lancer (Octane Blue Pearl), that had only 12 miles on the odometer when I first sat in it! Just dont try to get it in the 5-speed... (LOL - Sorry, little inside joke there) Next time I need a car, I know where Im going! BTW - If you go in, tell em Marty and Carla sent ya! I need the referral money for upgrades! :)

Went here hopeful to find a used car at a reasonable price. When we pulled up there were multiple sales people waiting outside the door, beckoning us to go with them like hungry dogs. The salesman we ended up with repeatedly tried to go over our monthly budget and down payment. When we politely said well think about it, the manager stood between us and the door. He said we "should try more cars" and they could bring over cars from another store. All they want is your $$!! Update: *REDACTED* Are you serious?? All you want is money, but you refuse to tip even 10% for good service? Never going here again!! Update #2: These people are so petty! Because of my earlier review, someone I know could LOSE THEIR JOB!! Are you kidding me?!? Maybe instead of censoring someone making genuine comments about your store, you could consider treating everyone with respect.

This lot is by far the worst car dealership I’ve ever been to! The lot is ran by a corrupt GM. This so called “GM” is nothing more than a low life conniving two faced micromanaging manipulative piece of trash. He has two of his son in laws and daughters working on his lot who have all best positions (Special Finance, Finance, Parts Manager and internet marketing) in which not a single one of them are qualified for nor deserve. Almost all the employees on the lot are on some type of drugs, so don’t be surprised when you smell marijuana or see a manager who looks like he’s racing off his cocaine high behind the main desk. I would stay as far as humanly possible from this lot and take your business to a place that’s actually wanting to help you and not steal or screw you out of your hard earned money!

Ive been looking for just the right preowned vehicle for almost a year now. I attempted to work with Josh Falcon originally and hit a snag in my employment stability due to a company merger. Josh was patient and understanding and willing to help again when I was ready. As soon as I gave Josh the "go ahead" to start my search back up, he found me exactly what I was looking for within days. I cannot express how pleasant the car buying experience here was. At 62 years of age, I never have had the opportunity to purchase a brand new car. My current car at the time was at the end of its life and by chance I stopped in to look around. The entire staff was more than helpful and extremely friendly. I love my new car and cannot thank Thomas Rivera and his team more than enough. A couple of weeks later, I had to have help with one more item and again, the service was above and beyond. I would definitely recommend everyone in the market for a new car to make this their first choice. Thank You again!

I never had great service like this before. I had many bad experiences with Butler and I was pleasantly surprise with my service at Ray Skillman Fiat South. I have never been offered a loaner car before ; I always had to fight for one. I have never got my car back in a timely matter. Butler would have it for a month or more and you guys had it for one week and did a fanatic job. The technicians are knowledgeable about Fiat Abarth and my car came back to me in perfect working order and clean. I will drive the hour to Ray Skillman Fiat South before I go back to Butler or anywhere else.

Excellent customer service! Sam went above and beyond helping us to find the perfect truck (Lindsay actually drove us to Ray Skillman Northeast to pick up the truck!), AND with the purchase of our brand new 2016 Kia Optima! Two vehicles purchased on the same day, (which was my birthday!) A new car for myself and a new truck for an early birthday for my husband made us a very happy couple! THANK YOU!
