I couldnt have asked for more from Nathaniel and the people there. I was given a very fair trade in deal and a fair price on the truck I bought. Ive never written a review for anybody before but the customer service was so excellent I thought it was necessary to let others know about my experience. Not only was there great customer service, zero pressure, and patience shown by them, but thy also helped me two days after my purchase when I needed license plate transfer paperwork added (because I live in NC and thats what the DMV told me I had to get done). Without hesitation, Nathaniel got it done for me right away. I honestly wish all dealerships had this kind of customer service and if I lived in Tennessee, there is no doubt, I would do business with Integrity Auto Sales again

I can not say enough good things about the owners. They went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. In a world where it seems customer service is becoming harder and harder to find. This business got it right. I recommend them highly.

Bought a truck here which is now in the shop for an engine replacement after 2 months. I understand buying something "as is" but we were told the truck had been well maintained with one owner. This trucks engine is completely ruined.
