I have got a couple of cars from them in the past and I took my daughter up there to talk to Ronnie. Not only did he go above and beyond a car salesman job duties. She was so happy with the car she got and that Ronnie stayed after hours getting all the paperwork done so she could leave in that car that night, so she showed her appreciation for Ronnie by making him some cookies and took them up there to him. Now I have never seen my daughter cook anything, if it dont go in the microwave then its not getting cooked and for her to stay up all night making those cookies just goes to show you how the guys up there at Jeff Harveys treats their customers.

Drove to Louisville from Indianapolis to look at a used van at Prestige Auto Sales it was terrible is all Im gonna say about that but not wanting to waist the trip I searched buy here pay here and stumbled across Jeff Harvey Auto Sales so we figured we would at least take a look before driving back to Indiana and Im glad we did. Our salesman was Ronnie Smith and he was great in explaining everything to us about the 05 Chevy Venture we was interested in and just a great guy overall. We worked out a down payment and drove the van home the same day. Very happy we went there so far everything is working out great. Will update if there are any issues.

Ronnie was excellent to work with. He found me a car that I love and I was in and out in less than 2 hours. My car needed a few things done to it after I purchased it and Ronnie was a man of his word and did what he said that he would do. He was very personable and a pleasure to work with. They price their cars more than double then they are worth. As soon as you pay one off it breaks down. The mechanics are very rude. And Ronnie, the main sales person will tell you anything to make a sale.

Overpriced and not the best cars. Most have rust and body panels falling off. Interior parts are often missing. Its clear they buy the cheapest cars at auction and quadruple the price.
