I was at the store and caused a jar to break in the baby food isle. I parked my cart in front of the broken glass and reported the problem. I waited at least 5 minutes & reported it again. After waiting more time, I picked up a pack of baby wipes and started to secure the area. A very professional employee finally came, apologized for the delay and thanked for protecting the area. I know 12:30 is a bust time. I also know that if a report of broken glass is made, everything else should become secondary to protecting that area.

I have always been a Winn Dixie customer. However my 4 stars are not five because the day I was there my cashier and bag guy were more interested in talking with a former employee who wasnt even in line about how glad she was to be out of this hell hole and the 2 employees kept the conversation going with the things they hate about the job. I didnt have time to let the management know how unhappy they were that day. Maybe they have or will have a new job soon.

I just dont like the smell of fish ad soon as I walk into the store. Other than that the staff is nice & helpful, the store is well stocked (though Id like to see more gluten free items) & besides the smell of fish throughout the store its a clean store & well organized.

Friendly staff, clean interior and exterior. Best prices and I like earning "Plenti" rewards. I have called Mgr Albert before about long lines on Friday between 4-7pm, so to be fair, Ill review again in 3 weeks.
