At Stoneybrook west Publix shopping is 60% a pleasure 40% ANNOYING! EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to check out (and I see other customers getting frustrated too) the so called helpful bagging people are OVERLY helpful to the point its RUDE. When I gently say "No thank you I got this" (then please) BACK OFF. They want to take all your items out of your cart for you (which to me is same as saying to a guest "here let me help you pack") Then when they INSIST on carrying your ONE (or 2) bag(s) to your car - and you insist you can manage on your own... every single one of them, every time, acts offended or hurt like you just fired them. There is a point where "helpful" becomes a BURDEN and "a pleasure" becomes simply annoying. Everyone is nice when you walk in, the people in the Deli, bakery, stocking the shelves are very helpful. The food is always fresh and well stocked, however with that being last portion of my visit - it ends up being what I remember most about this Publix (which is sad)

I can usually find what I need here and very seldomly have to wait in lines very long to check out. Their buy one get one offers are usually outstanding. However, a couple of things remove the 5th star: 1- The Boars Head sub area. I love the subs here, but every time I go, it takes a really long time for them to make a sub. Theres usually a line here, they move almost as slow as my grandma (shes no longer with us), but damn those subs are tasty. 2- This is an actual conversation we had with someone working in the produce section: Me: Do you have fresh rhubarb? Produce Department Guy (PDG): UUuuuuhhhhhh... whats that? Me: Its used for baking, it looks sort of like red or pink celery. PDG: ......Is that what it is? Me: O.o PDG: I dont think we have it.... Me: Nevermind.

I visit this store 4-5 times a week and feel like this is "my" Publix. The employees go out of their way all of the time to be helpful. The only time there is ever a wait to check out is on Sundays. Generally check out is super fast. Folks are friendly. The aisles are always full of products. And produce and meat are always fresh. Love this store!

Worst publix Ive ever been to.Today a store employee was very rude with someone.This is not the first time Ive seen this with that employee.Publix you should have a better perspective of who is in charge of some departments.Like other publix who have an excellent service in all departments.Very disappointing for the store manager in charge.

Dominic is great. Always polite and takes care of the customer Cant say the same for the manager in the long, dark hair. I think her name is Christine Not friendly at all and is not very polite with her staff. She needs to learn people skills and treat them with respect. you dont correct your staff in front of customers

Usually pretty good, service is inconsistent at times. This publix loves to put raw meat in with produce and other easily contaminated items. Walmart usually takes the price war however. Used to get a good variety but seems to be dropping brands. Shop really early people get all crazy in the aisle.

Publix knows how to treat customers. They always go above and beyond to help their customers, and this is what sets them apart. Its a refreshing change from other places where you cant even find someone to help you when you need it. Love the store.

I visit this store 3-5 times a week.Because its the closest to my house and the check out is fast.But today Saturday June 24 this employee was well disrespectful.I am very sorry for the gentleman, because this is not the first time I see this.
