I am a long time Giant Eagle shopper. I agree with the previous reviewer that the pharmacy needs more help because the wait is long. However, I have found Gary to be very helpful and always goes out of his way to answer any questions or concerns. I have even waited if he was off that day to talk to him. Giant Eagle should definitely hire more employees like him! The store is always clean and stocked and I really like the salad bar and wine selections. I do not like the chicken, but the seafood counter is very good. I also love to see Eric who is a packer, always friendly! Keep up the good work Giant Eagle, Strongsville needed a large grocery store.

I did not need to bag my own groceries. She was careful and mindful when they bagged them. She actually knew where the bread was when bagging not to smash it. Also, guy stocking shelves knew the answers to my questions off the top of his head and the product was there when I looked. Awesome experience for a change, I did not need to find for myself and workers were there to help but the deli closes to early. Thanks!

Giant Eagle is, generally speaking, overpriced. You can make up for that a bit if you use their crappy gas, but I dont, so its not worth it. This particular location is ALWAYS busy, so you can almost always expect to wait in line at checkout. In short: a trip to Giant Eagle, even late at night, is generally never a fast errand.

Tried to get a duplicate receipt so I could redeem a rebate, after keeping me waiting for 20 minutes they just tried to give me a photo copy (which doesnt work for rebates). They should have given me the receipts I needed right when I made my purchase. So sorry I ever choose to shop here for my holiday shopping trip. #GiantEvil

Just moved out here, from the Bowling Green area, and I was a kroger shopper. Was recommended to come to giant eagle. Holy smokes this place has hardly any organic meats and second the prices are double what our kroger was. I will not go back again and will try another one.

Its impossible to get any amount of vegan food here. I asked for some things to be ordered, manager said hed be happy to, never happened. Theres one vegan cheese, which is now owned by an animal testing facility from Japan. Newsflash- gluten free is not vegan!

Every f-ing day half the store is roped off to clean the floors. What is the point on being 24 hours if you cant get to stuff. Not to mention I have never actually seen anyone actually doing the floors. Not wasting my time coming to this one again

Nice store inside and out. Always busy, and friendly staff. The fried chicken here is excellent! The sushi is great! I just wish the prices were a bit lower. Sometimes you can get some pretty decent deals. Just not as often as I would hope for.

The big thing I dont like about this place is that, it is not open 24/7. The first Giant Eagle I know that close at 11 pm on certain days. The food is always fresh, and I never gave problems finding what I need.

Love giant eagle. This one is no exception. Prices are a bit high but one pays for what they get. Lines tend to be a bit long at peak hours. So stay away from peek hours they are open 24/7

This Giant Eagle is crowded, small, and the workers seem off. Better than Wal Mart, I guess. Self check out is ok, but poorly run (maintained). Giant Eagles out east seem to fare better.

Clean, effective layout, usually a good amount of staff. I wouldnt bother buying spices here. They are very expensive and they got rid of their cheaper, of equal quality, spices.

Loooong wait in lines to check out. More than usual. Started in line at 11:10a and got to our car at 11:50a! Several registers closed and many cashiers too slow.
