Never and I mean never go to petsmart to get fish, I went there to talk to there "experts" because Ive never had a tank this small, and I asked specifically if there was anything I had to worry about putting 6 fish in this tank, they said no infact I could put 4 more in, in less then 24 hours one of them died, me thinking could have been a bad fish I went back to get the poor guy replaced. I was met with the most smug and arrogant "expert" he went on for 10 minutes on how I messed up for putting in too many in at once when he told me that it was fine, and I could put more in, and let me walk out the door with them, and this morning another died, petsmart has lost a customer for life. This is not fair to me or the fish I care about.

Of course theyve got a great selection and helpful staff. The only thing that I would complain about is just the cleanliness. Underneath the shelves is dust, hair and other debris. It would be better if they had more staff on hand. Other than that, this place has everything youll need.

My dog loves this place. She knows the staff and vet will spoil her even if she isnt happy about the visit. She sits nice at the checkout line because she knows she will get a treat. Ive been going to Petsmart and Banfield for a few years now and we are very happy.

Prices are very high. I have a preferred customer card and am on email special offers list. Never get coupons. Spend money on my pet and use Banfield. Have used grooming services as well.

Great Vet, great groomers they know my dog by name and sometimes even my name. They also have an adoption section which is well run. 100% comfortable recommending this place to anyone
