Great staff and Denny really keeps those tanks clean. Everyone is friendly, all except for one girl, steer clear of her. I went in Friday, late evening and the store was absolutely empty. There is a thin black girl that works there and I asked her if she could get me some fish and she said sure, but I could tell perhaps that wasnt her favorite thing to do. Upon saying yes, she kinda stomped off without me and I had to walk really fast to keep up. I felt like apologizing for bothering her. There was a large selection of the fish I wanted, but they ranged in size from very, very tiny to very big (comparatively) I told her I wanted 12 of the big fish if she could do that. She scooped up 12 fish randomly and asked me if that was it, but the jar had 12 of the smallest fish there were and I said that I didnt want any of those. Upon saying that, she dumped the fish back into the tank rather abruptly, dropped the scoop in the tank and aggressively retrieved it and slammed it down atop the tank and proceeded to bark at me that she "cant be hand selecting each fish." then randomly selected another 12 of the smallest fish in the tank. Um, since when doesnt a pet store hand select the fish you want? Have you ever been to a fish store and were told that you take what they scoop because they cant be hand selecting your preferences? I just told her to forget it and that I would return Saturday when I know there would people there to help me get the fish I wanted to get and not the ones easiest for her to get. She said okay and I left. Anyway, I love this store but had I not had many great experiences with the other people that work there over the past couple years and THIS girl had been my first experience, Id never go back. But I will because of Denny and the other fabulous people that work there. The end...

Sunday afternoon at around 5:30 the staff was so excellent and helpful. My cashier on my receipt says Ronnie who was extremely excellent, very courteous and knowledgeable. Then there was a young lady with glasses who helped us as well. We actually had left Petco because nobody assisted us and we were kind of confused with what we needed. We walked into Pet Supermarket were assisted and glad to spend our money there. Nothing better than knowledgeable, friendly, caring, customer service.

Stopped in here to pick up fish tubing, and went to look at their fish, awful! Besides the 2 dead catfish, mixed In were other non compatible fish that were troubled in breathing and dying. The tanks all looked unhealthy, very sad. I was very disspointed to see such stressed animals. This stir should not sell live animals.

Excellent selection, excellent staff! The first pet store I have ever been to that takes great care of their fish. The tanks were clean, and the stock showed no visible signs of disease or distress. :) The staff acted like they cared about both their animals and their customers..thank you!
