This petfood store sells a lot of good foods and I would drive all the way from my home to this operators which is almost 2 hours away from my home just to buy my dogs food because he has several allergies and I couldnt find a dog food anywhere in my home are that was healthy for him and not have things in it hes allergic to. They were the only pet store that carries the food I had researched online for my dog it is called Acana Pork and Butternut squash but this last time I purchased the food it was no longer pork and Butternut squash it changed to pork and squash. They original food was coming from Canada but now apparently Acana has opened a plant in Kentucky and the quality of the food now is not as healthy as it was when it came from Canada. The pork and squash now has fish in it and that is my dogs most allergic food but when it came from Canada and was called Pork and Butternut squash it didnt have fish in it. So that tells me that the plant they opened in Kentucky doesnt use as healthy of ingredients as the place in Canada does. They should change it back to its original recipe that was more healthy. But the store itself is decent they just need to go back to getting their Acana food from Canada not Kentucky, because its already hard enough to find a good food for my dog without having things in it that hes allergic to.

Tailspin in Pooler is a step above the rest. In a world where mediocre service is the norm, Heather always there to give outstanding custom service. My two Golden Retrievers pups and I are new to Savannah and were missing our store back in Louisville. But Heather quickly made us feel at home and always gives us product tips and a warm greeting. All of the staff there is super friendly and knowledgable about the grain-free no filler products. Wouldnt go anywhere else. Thank you to Tailspin for standing out in a crowd of pet stores!

Went up to buy dog food at 5:45 on Memorial day and they were closed. Store hours said 9am to 8pm online and on the hours sign and there wasnt a holiday hours sign on the door. Had to go to publix and buy crappy dog food instead of the high quality dog food you guys sell. If you are going to change hours for the holiday have a holiday hours sign on the door.

Tail Spin is an awesome local pet store with a huge selection of high quality pet food. The employees are very knowledgeable about pet nutrition. Friendly staff. Prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this store to anyone who wants to feed their fur babies the best food money can buy. They also carry the best grooming supplies too.

It is a real pleasure to have a place where I can get grain free, high quality food for my dogs and cat. We just moved to the area and I was wondering how far from our home in Pooler, Georgia Id have to go for pet food. The answer is, not far at all. Great place, nice people running it.
