Less than one star! This Pavilions has gone down hill ever since they decided to make it one of their flagship stores and complete with Gelsons. It doesnt come close! Management doesnt care about their employees or customers. I have pulled all Rx from their pharmacy. Now today it would not accept my Vons card I have been using for 10 years. They wanted me to sign up for another or they wouldnt give me a discount on club items. Fortunately the nice man in line behind me let me use his card. I will not be returning to this store even though it is the most convenient from my home.

Terrible wait time. 10 minutes at bakery. Now sitting in floral for another 10 minutes. Announcement over air made but no one. Dialed phone while waiting at floral just for another announcement to be made. Its been a whole 5 minutes already. Terrible! Offered to help myself after visiting the customer service kiosk but they said no. Still waiting. Finally. Lesson learned...visit Gelsons or Albertsons in the area!!!

This is a great store of you dont mind paying double. This is a grocery store for the wealthy and their servants (who are shopping for their masters), of course the servants wouldnt do their personal shopping here. For some reason the chicken and other meats that weve picked up here are amazing. Best chicken!!! So when I feel like celebrating , or Ive saved up enough money to splurge Ill go to Gelsons for chicken.

My boyfriend and I experienced racial profiling and discrimination. He was denied to purchase items by manager Jeff who wrongfully accused my boyfriend of stealing and item and was told to leave or else he will call the police. My boyfriend called the police himself and which an employee suggested that before things get bad for him to just leave. Im so disgusted with this store and my experience.

Met Shoneen at Pavillions in Mission Viejo, CA. Never in my life have I met someone so knowledgeable about wine and so willing to spend any amount of time necessary to make sure we got everything we needed. Her wine suggestions were spot on. Not only did it taste superb we also got a history lesson on where that particular wine came from. I will be back for sure.

I love this grocery store for many reasons, but the main reason this Pavilions deserves 5 stars is the sushi chef who works here. Shes so nice and friendly, she makes fresh sushi all day long and even takes special requests! The sushi she makes is great quality, fresh ingredients, and unique flavors!

This store always has a huge selection of really good quality products. They have lots of locally sourced produce as well as organic items. They also have good quick service food and a Starbucks. They even have a bank with a great staff. Go to this market for all your needs.

Pavilions beats Ralphs, Albertsons, and other grocery stores. Their bakery selection is delicious. The staff there is always positive, happy, and helpful. I recommend any Pavilions location, as long as you are shopping at Pavilions, you will be happy!

Keep an eye out for when they do their wine sale. Awesome. Their bev manager knows their stuff and was on the floor telling stories about her travel and procurement of some of these fine wines.

The pharmacy clerks were very rude while trying to get my prescription before going out of town. Go to a different pharmacy in the area. Dealing with these clerks is exhausting and stressful!

Never crowded. Good selection, reasonable prices. Its a large store with not too many customers at any given time. Sometimes the lines get a bit too long though, not enough cashiers.
