Until today, I always had wonderful experiences with this WinCo. I had to buy some beer, only one item. Cashier Tina D attended me with no smile, almost no eye contact, IDd me like an officer and gave me some real attitude. Shocking. Never had such an experience from this nice store. Never. I was all happy and satisfied all these days. I hope management can train her for some kind of reasonable customer service presentation; if not excellent! shocking attitude. I joked, regarding ID but she acted like a cop. This cashier took my ID and wrote something through her register, which, something I did not expect or seen before. The date is 11/6/13, Time 12:32:42., Oper#133287, Trx# 179, Term# 14, Store#0033. I feel sorry to write this, it simply made me so mad. I am using my husbands email to write this, I do not have a gmail account.

Store is getting more and more expensive, but still cheaper than the other options in the area with the exception of Food4Less. The store is getting lazy with stock, you have to dig through to find products that have not been cut by the box cutters. Last 5 times I went the produce department is covered in flies. And and Im not talkin flying around, I picked up a bag of grapes and thousands of flies came flying out! ( I go to sprouts for my produce now). Most items are expired or getting ready to expire and the bathrooms are nasty. I hate coming here but I get good deals on milk (check the expiration date) and butter, some frozen stuff, thats the only reason I still come twice a month.

Great place to shop for your groceries. No overhead costs, passed onto the consumers. This market is owned and operated by its employees. This adds up to huge savings for you. With todays economy, Winco will give you the best bang for your buck everytime.They now accept all types of payments, Credit Cards, Ebt , etc... As before they only took cash. There are huge bins in the back of the stores that have all your dry goods, such as flour, sugar, oatmeal, etc... Even Pet Food, which you can buy by the lb. ( Bulk). There meat is fresh, as is there seafood. All of there products are. This is not a wholesale grocer. If you have not yet been, its well worth a trip. You wont regret it.

Very spacious. Just about every thing related to food is there. Great thing about this store is it doesnt try to force you to get in bulk to save. I mean who wants to consume the same meal over 3 times a week. Workers are very friendly and give honest answers which is very rare these days. Met with Kristina and I was greeted with real sincerity. She help me what I was looking for. The smile she gave is more than enough reason for me to recommend others to this store. Just be aware they dont accept credit card nor competitors coupon that have their names on it. Cash,check, ebt/wic, and debit.

The bulk section of this place is awesome. I used to have to go all the way to Henrys to buy things like flaxseeds and health foods. The bulk section has inspired me to make more things on my own. It has pizza dough mix, blueberry mix, brownie mix etc and slips of paper with the recipe of how to make them.This place has wheat berries (that I grind fresh flour out of), varieties of dried fruit, rice, beans, raw and roasted nuts. It has the variety of a health food store but with good prices. Unfortunately, I dont believe it has organic food.

I love WinCo Foods because they have all the name brand foods we all love for a really really reasonable price compared to other name brand grocery stores and the employees are nice have good customer service help you out with anything you need. If youre going to get groceries I highly recommend WinCo Foods because the food products are the same name brand just WAY cheaper dont be stupid and waste your money shopping at the other grocery stores come here I guarantee almost everything will be cheaper than anywhere else

Okay when this store first opened up the prices were excellent,now they try to comp prices against vons,ralphs and staters and the quality of some of the products are inferior. They do have excellent prices on bulk items, can goods, and snacks for the kids Stay away from the meat and the produce. Food for less has droped their prices so most of the working class folks are there. If this store wants us to bag our own groceries,theyd better start droping those prices.

I love WinCo!! I go there in the evening with family to buy in bulk, and I love it, since I am vegan & they carry many many vegan foods, SUCH AS: tofu pudding, vegan chorizo, boca burgers, soy (Silk brand) yogurt with fruit, Vegan Kielbasa sausages!! Amys Kitchen UK brand!! (I love their Nondairy burritos!) Amys Kitchen vegan Enchiladas, they also carry many parlor stock foods, such as dry nuts, seeds, fruits, chocolates, candies, etc. etc. etc.! Love Love Love!

I love it. This store is AWESOME! To the MAX ! I am so glad that WinCo Foods hire different types of people seems like they are keeping it equal. I hope it stays this way! I am NOT racist or ethnocentric so I think many of the black young women seem like NICE workers. I have met really NICE white people who are workers as well. Thank you for making it equal WinCo. Keep up the GOOD work everybody ! :-) :-)

I like this place. Meat quality is so so but as far as the dry foods and produce its good. They do have a problem with there staff and telling about former employees I was very surprised to heat at the customer service dept. An employee named Isabel W talking to a customer about another employee being fired. Not in good taste. Sounds like thos store needs a refresher course on confidentiality.

I love shopping at the Fontana WinCo supermarket how ever Im a little upset about an item the dairy department stopped carrying. Please bring back the Kefir drinkable yogurt by the Greek Gods, honey and vanilla. Please bring this item back Every month I ask and all they can say is check back in a week.

I love this store I come here every weekend to get my groceries, its like 10 minutes away from my house, I enjoy coming here my daughter loves the samples, I enjoy some of the cute guys that work here, every one is so nice I have yet to have a bad experience, keep up the good work

This is the go to place to shop for my big family. Everything is such a good price! Their produce is always good and they have a large variety. The place is HUGE and you can always find anything you need in this store guaranteed a cheaper price then your regular store.

WilCo Foods is the only super market would recommend to people. The product variety and bulk bin selection is a big blessing, then in the like the pricing perhaps supersedes other competitors. Try WinCo Foods, you just might find a better place to shop. ,

This store has tons of bin selection. Most of the bins are like spices, beans, rice, cereal etc. They also have a sushi shop where you can get fresh sushi. One day a week sushi shop have discounts. And they offer fresh pizza. And a cold beer and wine chiller.
