One of the worst Goodwills Ive seen in New Jersey. I think some of the reviews on here must be done by the people that work at Goodwill. Because a lot of the shirts are dirty. With prices from $8-$10. I know you can come on the day when its half price but its a mob scene. Also boxes are tape shut were in a display case and they swear up-and-down to you that they are new and that they came from target and thats why theyre priced what they are. Then they get upset with you when you open the box only to find out its used and missing parts. Then they have nothing to say. The bottom line is goodwill is not here to help the community theyre only here to help themselves its a business its not a not-for-profit. That is why i never donate to Goodwill theres plenty of other places to donate that actually give back to the community much better. They say they help handicap people but rarely ever do I see them working at a Goodwill and I go to Goodwill all over New Jersey and other states. Goodwill its your company you can do as you wish but please inform the employees to stop bullshitting me every time I come in I dont need to hear the sob stories about how great you are for the community because youre not. OK everybody have a great day.

My boyfriend and I bought a 3-2-1 cube organizer shelf for $25 that, at the time, we thought was a decent find considering it was sold at Target for $15 or so more. We came home and immediately opened it to find one of the wooden pieces was split in two. Honestly theres no way this type of break was caused by us moving it and we had been extremely careful with it in any case. So basically they knowingly sold it broken and still considered 25 a good price for it. When checking out I had asked the cashier what the return policy was and had mentioned that it said 7 days on Google, even though on the receipt it said 5. She assured me it was 7 days, so we were only able to return a week from then just to have a different cashier tell us it was 5 days and, giving us the worst attitude, basically said that she wasnt going to do anything to help us. Im not saying not to shop from there but absolutely dont buy any of the boxed furniture pieces. Also dont get confused and just return things in the 5 days like the receipt states because apparently its up to whoever is working at the time when items must be returned by.

OK, lets be honest here. Goodwill does not show any good will by jacking its prices as high as it does. And it has a bad reputation for its thrift goods actually helping its workers. Do the right thing and donate to Salvation Army - they actually have their act together and use the funds to help people. And their prices are way better too. I used to like Goodwill so much. Now theyve gone sour. No more.

Worst Good Will Ive ever been to. Most of the items are broken, dirty, or ruined; and they are priced extremely high. I would be embarrassed to put such rubbish items on the shelves. And on top of it, they acted offended when we stated that their store was not up to par. A candle that was burned 2/3 of the way down was over $5.00. embarrassing facility

A complete abomination of a "second hand" store. Triple or even MORE of prices at the Salvation Army (who actually do good things for their community). Paying $22.00 for a USED bag that i could walk into Target and buy brand new, no thank you. Complete waste of time, do not even bother.

It has some good finds every once in a while but I feel it is over priced for being a donation facility. Also, I heard the execs make way too much money for a place that most people think is a charitable organization.

Large selection and have very friendly and helpful staff. The only problem is sometimes the lines are long. They should immediately call another staff member to take the other register on these occasions

The prices are in line with other Goodwill locations. Some good, some not. My only issue with this store is its cluttered and unorganized. Other than that I have found a few nice things there.

This is a big and bright store where there are bargains to be had for those with the time and patience to look for them. Choose from a wide selection of clothers, household goods and jewelry.

The prices there have tripled in the past 6 months. Im not paying $12. For a pair of used jeans or used jacket for $45. Wii games are $6 each. I can go to GameStop and get them for $4.50 each.

The prices are pretty good for mens clothes. Mens jeans selection is lackin, but there are a lot of shirts and shorts.
