My experience at ETD did not even start because of me; I was only following my fiancee there in my car so she could drop hers off to get fixed. While waiting on Alex and the other gentlemen to give her an estimate on her car, I decided to ask about tire prices since I badly needed a new front tire anyway. First of all, the entire staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable, and were so willing to help me out while waiting for my girls car. Secondly, the manager Alex took us inside the back to browse different tires based on my budget, was very honest with his advice, and individually priced each option for me. When I finally decided on a pair of tires, I handed over the keys, my fiancees car was done being checked and she received her estimate, and ten minutes later i got my car back. It was the quickest service I had ever received, especially when dealing with a car. On top of the amazing service and incredibly friendly staff, a woman had arrived looking for an address to a business she couldnt seem to find on Route 46. Well, even with the computers being down, Alex and his coworker used a phone to help this woman find the place she was looking for, going as far as calling the place for her to make sure she knew where she was going. It was a random act of kindness that you do NOT usually see in this world anymore, and really struck a chord with me that I wont ever forget. Considering the first place my fiancee called to try and bring her car to responded with a "um, maybe we can take your car, but probably not today, and definitely not tomorrow because the weekends are too busy here," then finding ETD and seeing how different two very similar businesses can treat their customers, it was a breath of fresh air, and both of us were extremely happy with the service. It was almost a blessing in disguise that we could not go to the first service center (we only called them first because they were around the corner from our home), and ended up coming here. I am forever grateful to everyone at ETD, will definitely continue to go there for all my car needs, and will also recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks so much to Alex and his staff!! mark s.

This place is amazing from the great fast working employees to the manager himself. I didnt even schedule an appointment and made an emergency call to have some tires installed. The store manager Alex Rivera was kind enough to let me stop by the same day and to have work done. That alone let me know that they were willing to take care of the customer at any notice which meant a lot. During the install they noticed a problem with my tires due to the delinquency of Pepboys on rt. 46. He called immediately and let me know of the issue and had a plan to resolve the issue temporarily until I could buy a new tire later in the future. Alex installed the tires free of charge understanding how infuriated I was to hear of the problem and let me walk out of the door. What else can be said about that, a complete stranger who is supposedly "looking for way to make cash" helped me out in a situation that was not even his problem to begin with; a truly great person who understands life and its unfortunate predicaments it throws at us and is willing to look out for his customers. Ive told all my friends and family about this place and I will always go back here for any kind of tire/wheel service to be done. Great place and even greater employees and service!!

6/8/17 - dropped off my co-workers car for LOF today - Dave came out to see how the repairs are and if I am happy with the Jeeps ride - Thanks Dave!! Me and my Jeep are Happy Campers!! :) :) :) 6/5/17 - time for my oil change and had a funny - rubbing noise. turned out to be brakes and u joint - i guess when you drive to PA and the Jersey Shore every week you need to expect maintenance on the babygirl!! a couple of hundred dollars (great value) two days of work and the Jeep is back to being PERFECT!! 2009 Jeep Wrangler - apparently my tail lights melted! :( ETD gave me a temporary fix so I could drive safely. Went in today to have the new harness installed and she is like new again! I recommend ETD to everyone I know as they are fair, honest, have very good prices and always happy to explain any issues your car might have in non-mechanical speak. Very satisfied! If you are having tire trouble, ETD Denville is the place to go to. They have always been tremendously helpful, keeping me informed with the process whenever I have had tire issues, from rotation and balance, wheel alignments, replacing tired and tire pressure monitors. I am always taken care of in a timely fashion and greeted with a smile, not to mention prices that are better than any dealership I have been to. This past service visit, Darwish was very helpful and pleasant. Even thought I hope I do not have to be back anytime soon, I know I will always get excellent service here. Thank you!

Brought my car in for 4 new tires today and had a great experience. Chris was beyond helpful. My dealer gave me a quote for 4 Continental tires and alignment - I got a better price from ETD for all the work and better Continental tires than the the dealer was going to put on. In total I saved about $150.00 over the dealer quote - including a great warranty. Work was done quickly and I was kept informed throughout the process. Even better - Im getting a manufacturers rebate on top of it. You will not be disappointed at the level of service you will receive here.

My family and I have been taking our cars to ETD for a few years. We have 4 cars from small sedan to minivan to jeeps, you name it. The staff at ETD dont have a problem working on any different car we throw at them! Knowing nothing about cars, Dave at the front desk is always so helpful at explaining to me what the car needs and what each procedure does. I have purchased two sets of tires from them and am nothing short of pleased. I highly recommend ETD for not only tires, but any other work that needs to be done. They do quality work and am never disappointed.

Submitted an online quote for a tire and received a call about an hour later. Chris and Art were able to get me the tire I was looking for, next day, and at a reasonable price. Service was pretty quick and they were upfront and honest about what I should look at getting done. They presented the pricing for the wheel alignment suggested, but I never felt forced or pressured to go with it. Overall, a great experience. I would most definitely choose ETD in the future for non-warrantied services on my car. Keep up the great service!

Ive been here 3 times to get new tires. The guys have always been very polite and the store is kept very neat. They never pressure me into buying more tires than I actually need (which is rare for mechanics) and always have showed me the reason why my tires need to be replaced (they have pointed out bald spots and places where metal webbing was showing through the rubber). They are always very quick with their work and they have the cheapest prices on new tires that Ive seen anywhere around here. 5/5 would reccomend
