Ive been to several different Whole Foods in 5 different states, so I feel I have a good grasp on what makes a Whole Foods great. I had never been to this particular one before and was in the area craving the food bar. It was disappointing to find the smallest food bar ever. Even more disappointing was to find all the delicious salads they make themselves to be solely in the deli section. They didnt have one in the bar area. What I did get was good, but not what I wanted. It was extremely plain. The store itself seemed very cramped. The cheese section was limited compared to other Whole Foods. I also had an issue with a cashier that was very annoying and unresolved. Yes not all whole foods are created equal, but this one wasnt so hot in my opinion. The eat in area is awkward and the water fountain in the corner is oddly placed. I was sitting next to it and some kid tried to crawl over me to get to it. I review both good and bad experiences. This was one of the bad ones.

Our pediatrician couldnt get my son in for a physical prior to the school year so we made an appointment at the Advocate Care Clinic at this location. The day of the appointment (which had been scheduled for a week) they called to tell me they couldnt see patients under 7 years old - starting today. My son is 5. They didnt say anything when I booked the appointment or even when they called to confirm the appointment. Instead, day of, they told me they couldnt see him. I asked for the number to call to see if they could grandfather him in since they made the decision the day of his appointment and they said no, they wouldnt. Its not at Advocate Care decision - I called them and they were as confused as I was because its not their policy. They then called the Walgreens in Oak Park (Madison St) and rescheduled our physical there, so thank you Advocate Care. Its terrible customer service from this specific location, to cancel something the day of and offer no alternative.

Customer service? What customer service??? I have to greet the cashier first to get a response unless it's a younger guy, then atleast he will say hello. But the woman cashiers ate lazzzy. N what's with the creepy long nails? Eww, I wonder how much poop residue hides on the inside of them. Gross. I dont expect anything from them then just the little things I need once every blue moon. If they were nicer I'd prob shop there more often cuz I would actually want to come there, instead of need to go there.

I wish I could give zero stars. I have been treated rudely by one pharmacy tech in particular on more than one occasion. The pharmacy here is SO SlOW! I gave them a few chances thinking maybe I had just come at a busy time or maybe they were training a new employee... Nope! Just always slow with terrible service. I will just be going to a different location from now on. Worst Walgreens pharmacy I have ever been to!

Ive been trying to get a prescription filled since Friday (its now Tuesday). Called the pharmacy this morning to follow up on it (required a call to my doctors office) and was on hold for 10 minutes before hanging up. Now its the afternoon and Ive been on hold for 25 minutes and counting. Needless to say, I will be transferring my prescription out of here.

You know, I actually feel sorry for the pharmacists. They are so under staffed its ridiculous. They need to hire more workers. I was in line at the drive through for 20 minutes and there was only 1 pharmacists trying to help the inside customers and the drive thru customers. Best time to go is on a Sunday evening or during the week at night.

It would be nice after going through the poor selection of candy and drinks that this location has, and dealing with your ignorant staff. If the cashier does not put a glop of spit on their fingers to open the bag and put that spit all over the products I purchased. Dont worry I will blog and post this on yelp too. Close this location!

Im sorry but the pharmacy service was lazy and I felt like they didnt care about how I felt- fairly new prescription and was nervous about it transferring over and being the same and whatnot. I will not continue with walgreens in general and wouldnt recommend you to either.

Poor customer service, cashier wore old sweater, did not say a word to me or customer before me. He looked like a homeless man who wandered in. No greeting, no please, no thank you. I would be a fool to spend my money at this Walgreens next time.

Worst pharmacy ever! Customer service is nonexistent. Walk in to pick up your prescription, and it takes for ever. Drive thru, forget about it....waited 15 minutes to get someone to assist me and they could not be bothered. Finally drove off.

I heard when I entered "welcome to Walgreen." Then had a fairly good service at the pharmacy. When leaving again heard "thanks for visiting Walgreen." After reading past comments I wander if they went through a recent rigorous training !
