The pharmacy used to have an older white gentleman that retired he was great but there is this indian or Hindu guy thats a jerk he acts like he hates everybody and im not the only person that says that. He doesnt want to take care of u, he makes u wait at the register forever even if he isnt do anything then he acts like he is above the customers and he is so condescending. If he hates his job so much then he should do something else. I have complained but the Manager doesnt do anything cuz the Manager is some young guy thats scared to correct any of the employees cuz he is to young to be in a position of power and just completely to weak for that position and im just being honest. I drive 3 miles farther just to avoid that ridiculous store cuz its always something when i go there so i drive completely out of my way to avoid it thats how bad it is. Dont get me wrong there are a few employees that are awesome at there job its mainly the young manager and the angry non inviting indian or hindu at the pharmacy and im recovering from 2 major surgeries and its obvious to anyone that sees me cuz i use a cain to help walk until i completely heal and he acts like that to me and he is a pharmacist. So do yourself a favor and avoid the pharmacy if u have to go there but i recommend u go to the other closest walgreens or CVS.

Came in for exclusive funko pops.. was told that the next shipment that came in with any would already be claimed by some guy that buys then up.... called and spoke to manager later that day, was told that was incorrect and that it was first come first served.. but if I gave them my phone number, they could save one for me... let that sink in. That is not first come first served. They obviously have favorite customers here and will be calling to speak with the GM and DM...

The only great thing about this Walgreens is that is open 24 hours and thats obviously convenient at times. Their pharmacy takes for ever to make a prescription (they will tell you to wait for 30 mins and they will have you wait for more than an hour). Their picture department always has the printer broken and the instant printing computer has the USB port broken... Terrible experience over all.

I tried to return some items that were new that I had purchased online to the this store. They had no idea how to do it, not even the manager and when I told them that how is it possible they have no idea how to do a return they told me to go to another store. Went to another walgreens and they had no problem returning me my money.

This is a great pharmacy, to everyone who is being mean about the night shift pharmacist needs to check themselves. Take a look behind the counter, he has ZERO help unlike the day shift pharmacist. This is one of the highest traffic pharmacies in Chicago. Walgreens cut back on jobs for the pharmacy, have some compassion.

Pharmacist (of Indian origin with squint eyes) wasnt very helpful with basic stuff (Tylenol) considering he is pharmacist. He just waited for me to leave so he can get next customer in line...

Horrible service at the pharmacy. Indian guy in the mornings saw me, still had me wait 10 minutes. Looks up my account then tells me something I know is not true. I will go somewhere else.
