Very unpleasant service I recieved with the Pharmacist Molly. Long story short my doctor gave me a new prescription for my medication because i had bad side effects . So Doctor told me to throw away old prescription because it can be a bad "batch". Then gave me directions to go to a different Pharmacy that carried a different manufacture of that medication. So i came to this Walgreens. Molly was very rude. And told me she would not realese new meds unless i gave her my old meds, i tried explaining that my doctor told me to throw those pills away. Molly then told me she is not giving me my medication and my doctor was wrong for saying that. I then asked for my paper prescription back so i can go to a different Pharmacy and she told me NO! I did call Walgreens Corp. I have never met a Pharmacist so ignorant in my life. She made me feel horrible. I WILL NEVER FILL ANOTHER MEDICATION with this location again.

Good pharmacy and technicians here. They actually know what is going on when it comes to insurance information and how to fill a basic script. Usually somewhat busy but thats because the Walgreens on 95th and Roberts road is uselss.

Really rude when I called in. I made a comment about my insurance and her response was, "Not my problem. Call your insurance." Ill be switching to a Target Pharmacy and will opt for a longer commute after that.

Needs wheel chairs to help those with special needs. New girl at the counter was wonderful though! Very cheerful .
