This Mall was truly heading down-hill fast, but now its improving everytime we go there! They have some great anchor stores in Macys, Bass Pro Shop, and 2nd and Charles. And they have some very unique things about them that other malls do not; - a gaming lounge, which seems like a really cool, safe place for the younger kids. - Kondu, which is a "chipolte style" restaurant that specializes in "sushi burritos" - Great Escape Movie Theatre- which is a MASSIVE multi theater cineplex right in the mall. - The old Anchor on the backside of the mall, that they now use for conventions, meeting space, plays, festivals... such a big mall, they have so much space to do even more with it if its truly on the way back up. They are also the first place in our area to have a Checkers Burgers, which honestly, I wasnt Floored by, but at the same time, I think its very cool that they are bringing in outside chains to try and lively the place up! We LOVE the kids indoor playground by the fountains. Our little man loves it and we use it almost everytime we come to the mall. Ive said it before and Ill say it again, its obvious to me that someone in that malls ownership or marketing is trying very very hard, and they are doing a good job. Not sure what the future holds, but kudos on the effort as other area malls are just dying.

This mall, like so many in suburban America, shows its age. Again, like most of the countrys shopping malls, Harrisburg mall smacks of the 1980s-1990s era in which they experienced their heyday. Since then, the ability to rent out storefronts has become harder (sometimes impossible), and the appearance of patchwork remodeling leaves you wondering what these monuments to consumerism will be like in another 10-20 years. Only redeeming quality here is the expansion of some of BassProShops decorating out into the area of the mall directly outside the mall entrances to the outdoorsmans center.

From the road this mall seems much larger than it really is. They have a nice movie theater. But, thats it. Very limited selection of stores, very small mall to even walk around for exercise. Dont be fooled by how large or nice the mall looks from the outside, that is mostly the theater and the bass pro shop that are large and make the mall look much larger and more interesting than it ever could be once you get inside. Bass store is nothing unless you like that junk. Food court is ok, there is a Checkers. The bookstore is horrible. The selection of stores very lacking.

Gangstas outside mess with the cars and the shoppers. I guess its too close to the slums of Harrisburg somehow, although it looks decent there. Trying to attract the backwood whites, the mall is too into hunting for me. Dead stuffed animals on display as the malls main attraction, and theres a relatively new hunting store there they named a flippen road there after! I love animals and that place depresses me except when I heard good news quite a while ago of it going bankrupt and hopefully closing down, which it didnt.

I stopped here on my way back to Atlanta after visiting some friends up North to rest and lunch and I was not impressed. There was a slim selection of clothing stores, some of which Id never heard. The only store I would have even considered buying clothes from was Macys and even that Macys was substandard to the other Macys in which Ive shopped. I also wanted to find a nice place to eat, but nope, not one, just a few greasy burger joints and cheap chain restaurants. And seriously, a Bass Pro Shop as an anchor store?!

In an age where classic shopping malls are ripped apart and turned into high priced hipster strip malls I thank God for the Harrisburg mall. Bass Pro, Regal Cinemas and Macys are the main anchors with a decent variety of stores through out. Food court offers something for everyone and each stop is tasty my faves being Checkers and Kondu (which only accessable from the outside). They have a great play area my kids love but my personal favorite is 2nd and Charles. Seriously. ..just GO there already!

2nd and Charles and Bass Pro are the only two reasons to visit. National store chains are leaving this mall quickly. Too many mom & pop junk shops are starting to fill the once coveted spaces that housed mall staples like The Gap, Limited, etc. Sad to see this happen. Not always the safest mall after dark, either. There was a shooting in the parking lot during a carnival earlier in the spring (May 7, 2016). Thats just one incident in a a string of shady behavior over the years.

Its an ok mall. It has a few stores not to many. Victoria secret, footlocker, kids footlocker, and the movie theater are the major places in this mall. There is a nail salon but from my option they are over priced. The movie theater is great. I love going there when new movies come out. There are also some major cellphone companies in here if you are looking for a new phone or a company to switch to. There is a food court located at the top level where the movie theater is.

This is a great place to hang out and do shopping! They also have a wide variety in the food court as well as a movie theater, so it is a great one stop shopping spot! I go about every other month when visiting family and friends, and I always find good deals and food here! It is also large enough that you can get good exercise and hit some Pokestops if playing Pokemon Go! Great fun for the whole family!

Probably the worst excuse for a mall in the country. Time to shut it down and convert it into an entertainment complex, a restaurant row, a swap meet, or into affordable luxury lofts. Im pretty sure the last time I was there I saw a tumble weed blowing through the main shopping area. Food court is pathetic. Movie theatre is nice, and thats why it gets two stars instead of one.

This mall is in desperate need of some decent stores to shop at. The only womens clothing store worth spending money at is Macys and NY&Co. There are no childrens clothing stores, however if you consider Rainbow to meet your needs then this is the place to be. The food court is sad too. The only store keeping this mall from shutting down is Bass Pro shop.

The shopping mall of today is struggling to hold its place in the world. Yet this mall is above average, in many respects. The food court has a good selection-I am a big fan of Checkers and Pizza Zone. The movie theater next to the food court is superb. Plus the Bass Pro Shop and 2nd & Charles are awesome stores. A great place the Harrisburg Mall is!

Nothing to go crazy about. Bass Pro is mostly the biggest draw, in there. Food Court is sparse with few good selections. Movie theatre is a cool experience, I must say. If they dont make some changes quick, (which I have some brilliant ones, haha) this mall is going to be closing by a year or two. Which will be a sad thing for the area.

One of a few local malls which have seen better days. What was once a thriving mall is sad. Yes there is some decent traffic, more of late, but its primarily only to Bass Pro and some other anchor stores. In the main hallways, most of your standard chain stores are gone and in its place is either empty stores or small local fares.
