Right now, most of the mall is being renovated, but the stores and restaurants that remain open are great. The Best Buy is typical, but the customer service staff is great. They never push you into buying something you dont want, and they are great at being able to find what youre looking for. The Marshalls needs more work, because every time I have been to this store, the inventory is a mess, unattended children are always running around, and the lighting is harsh. The lines at check-out can be LONG and theres always pressure to get a store card. Modells is great, and the CVS and Nordstrom Rack are good additions.

Its not a bad mall by any means -- but it really is just a mall. Its got a decent selection of stores ranging from small-names to Apple and Nordstrom, and is generally clean. Other than that, theres not too much here -- every time weve gone, at least one escalator has been out of order or blocked off, and its generally packed with tourists/teens (making the food court a bit of an adventure in and of itself). The layout is a bit weird, with Costco, Best Buy, and a few other stores across the street from the mall actual, but again, everythings just...fine.

This rating is purely for the absolutely poor job that Pentagon Centre has done on their sidewalks after Tuesdays snow. If you walk on the sidewalks near most of the businesses in Pentagon City and Crystal City, as well as those around the apartment communities, they are clear and dry for the most part. Around Pentagon Centre, it is evident that in most areas they didnt even try to shovel off the snow. There is a lot of thick ice in many places (its not wet sidewalks that refroze....its tramped down snow that was never shoveled and became ice).

I dont shop here too much. I used to go to the Best Buy there but I have been there in years. The Chevys Fresh Mex is awesome though. I go there often. And I run to the models when needed but not often. There is also a Costco that I dont frequent anymore either. All in all its a good shopping center. Not a large variety of stores. I forgot there was a Marshalls. For me personally, Chevys is really the only reason my family and I go back.

I enjoy going to the Pentagon centre, it gets me out of the apartment. I do a little shopping and peoples watching. But sometimes being it weeks or months my legs and feet . Keep me in the apartment because of the swelling, cause by inflammation. This came about from on job accident. That Im still suffering repercussions from. But when I do get back on feet, this one of my Joys.

Lets be honest this is basically a warehouse that got turned into a mall and is now under construction to turn it into apartments and a mall if you can call it a mall, its a Costco, Best Buy, Marshalls, Nordstrom Rack, Modells, Starbucks, California Pizza Kitchen, CVS, Chevys and 4 or 5 mall kiosks; with a parking garage. What it is not is Pentagon mall across the street.

Currently under renovation - very excited for the future of this mall. The stores inside are nice but often disheveled. Not a lot inside like kiosks or food stands. But again for all you can access now (best buy, marshalls, cvs...etc.) soon you will get all that at what will hopefully be a cleaner more charming atmosphere.

This block will be under construction for at least a couple years to add an apartment building and metro cover, but the access to Costco and best buy in this area is a huge plus. Payed parking isnt great, but this center is also conveniently right across the street from fashion center.

This is the first time I have been here. I cant believe the variety of shopping available. I didnt feel the safest because it is right out of the metro. It probably is very safe and I would like it if I lived nearby. Love all the wonderful restaurants.

Large shopping mall with lots of great national brand stores. It has the big suites like Macys and Nordstrom as well as smaller specialty stores. There is plenty of parking on the attached parking garage or you can take the metro right into the mall.

Visited the Pentagon Center area bc were new in the neighborhood. Really has just about every store youre looking for if youre out shopping. Plus, easy location with respect to the metro, so lots of lunch time visitors from Arlington and Pentagon.

The parking can get VERY tight with all the SUVs. They seem to have more compact car spaces than there are compact cars so SUVs take up the space and cause mayhem. Stores are decent and you can get almost anything you would need here.

Costco is the only reason to come here. I cant wait for this place to be bulldozed and to be built up fresh and new. Parking situation use to suck, and still kind of does. But the addition of the parking garage helped tremendously!

Traffic getting in and out of the parking lot is horrendous. Costco (primary reason I am there) has a good overall selection, and has a better beer selection that others in Northern VA. Fresh roasted coffee options on site.

Has the normal mall type stores nothing special. Mall is way too crowded. Tour buses like to drop tourist at this mall and the massive groups clog the narrow walkways like fast food grease in arteries.

I get the pay to park bit unless your a customer. But when you meet your wife there to shop together and you only have 1 receipt they should still validate both of you and not be rude about it

Couple of anchor stores but I dont even find a public bathroom. Parking lot is difficult and small spaces. Have to pay for parking and different stores offer different validation.

Nice mall with clothes stores, a few eateries (including a California Pizza Kitchen), a pharmacy, and a best buy. The metro can easily be accessed from here.

Convenient, alot of stores. Right at the Pentagon city Metro Station. Across the street you have costco and nordstrom rack. Great one place to shop.
