This place is alcohol heaven, or liquor central or whatever you wanna call it but the point is that its got it all. Also, if for some reason they dont carry the alcohol you are looking for, all you have to do is order it and theyll get it for you, as long as its legal in the US of course ;). Also, dont get fooled by its warehouse looks if youre looking for fine wine and the likes. As I said, it really does have it all and the prices on red wine are excellent. Some french reds are cheaper here than in Bordeaux, France. Finally if youre into micro brewery type and craft beer, you will not be disappointed and you can even make your own variety six pack. Again, and I cant say it enough, its got it all so go have at it!

Excellent selection and the salesman knew precisely the wine we were seeking. (Foxglove Zin). The store is vastly improved from our last visit some years ago. At one time, they had a “wine chiller” but the salesman said this was the only “Total Wine” store he knew of that didn’t have one. Hopefully they’ll correct this soon, as they provide a nice way to have the wine properly chilled to drink when you arrive at home.

The store associates here are clueless. We came in two days before New Years Eve and asked if we could resevrve a bud light keg for NYE. We were told that you werent allowed to reserve bud light kegs. We came in on NYE and the only two bud light kegs were locked up and resevered. Do not shop here if you value customer service.

Whats to say? Total is a supermarket sized operation, large enough to stock an incredible variety of beer, wine, and spirits. Register online for special events, discount coupons (better than the print ad coupons) and $$$off vouchers. Staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. Ask them for suggestions if you are overwhelmed.

No matter what I need or want, they always have it for me. If by any slim chance they dont have it in stock, they do their best to show me what is comparable, or call and let me know as soon as it is back in stock. Prices beat out everyone else. I wont shop anywhere else.

This place had an amazing selection! It is very organized and the location is unbeatable. With that said, it is very expensive and they never have sales. Its nice if you want an amazing high end wine or liquor, but for anything else, I would not buy it here.

Horrible place I was with my friend, and at first they wouldnt accept my ID because it was foreign, even though everywhere else accepts it, even publix or CVS Then when my friend tried to show his they said that it was fake and refused service

Hands down, one of the best wine, beer and spirits stores youll find. If you are not sure what you want, ask the staff. Theyve got some very knowledgeable people who specialize in each wine region. Its really a candy store for big kids.

Bransheena is a horrible service. She seems like total wine is not a good place to work. She doesnt want to work and have a bad service. I dont think she should be in service industry. Please give her a break

Picked up a Corona Light 1/4 slim keg for 89.99. It was the last one the day before the 4th of July. Andrew put my name on it, and saved it for me. I picked it up 20 minutes later... out-freakin-standing!

I had never been to a liquor store in the US, but they had a great selection and friendly, helpful staff. Even better, there stock is correctly listed online! Much better than here in Quebec, Canada.
