This albertsons is very sketchy! Apperantly its okay for your employees to steal from your customers!One day I forgot my bag at the store and thankfully it was turned in but when I checked my bag I was missing my coach keychain wallet, when I asked about it I was told that the wallet was in their when it was turned in. Later on I was called and told that an employee lady named Jasmine decided it was okay to take my wallet home and empty it out as well and till this day this girl still works there as if she never did anything bad. Not only did they not fire/suspend her but they also seem to be racist and make racial remarks towards all the hispanic employees they have! Believe me when I say this the next time I see or hear something unacceptable! I will take matters into my own hands! Through every or any local news station! Their prices maybe good at times but their management is very wrong!

Its food right. There produce is really bad there meats are over priced and not really seafood terrible price very over priced but if you have to eat its food I guess O and pharmacy Annas great can fix most mess up from insurance company witch really speeds things up marry the best very helpful and really nice Alex good very helpful Jose rude bad attitude over charges you even win I used my insurance funny it always cost more with him And my wife is in a wheelchair and him and another person wanted to make joke yeah love that guy NOT!!!!!! So yeah if you have to go there yeah well best wish to you youll probably hate it

I gave this a 5 star due to the customer service of one of the cashiers. Breanna is her name. She is so, honest, down to earth and helpful. She is the only reason I have this store 5 stars. If she hadnt been there I wouldve gave the store a thumbs down due to having so many expired items. Everytime I go there many of the dairy and meats have expired. I shop here cause its close to the house but I do make sure I pay close attention to my shelf dates. Ive brought this to the manages attention about the expired items and he did rectify the issue when it was brought to his attention.

This Albertsons on Motley Dr. is a classic textbook example of pricing disparity. It is located in a less-affluent area, and charges much higher than a store in a more affluent area. I work in Mesquite and sometimes shop at this Albertsons for a few things, however I live in Allen (25mi north) and do my main shopping there. The disparity between shopping in Allen versus shopping at this Albertsons is as much as $2, even $3 higher. What I can get for $1.99 in Allen will cost me $3.99, and so on.

Was in the area and had to pick up coffee. This store is a different from my Albertsons on Broadway. That week coffee was on sale. The shelf was a BIG mess. No sale label to mark which coffee product was on sale. I had to take several can of coffee, to the registration and get them to check the price. Once we figure it out. I was able to purchase it. Great Customer Service.

App too complicated and cashier talked down to us as if we were stupid. I worked for the company when they were still with Skaggs. If I had treated people like that I would have been written ip at best. Complicated system and I dont have time to mess with it.ll

The store has an awful smell throughout, not sure if its from their meat market, but the smell is almost rancid. The prices are ridiculous, I can go to Aldi (5 minutes away) and spend half as much on better quality food. The staff is usually very friendly though.

My favorite home store. Its old but I still love it. People are so friendly. I always find what I want. Love their Deli section, always buy salads. I wish owners would build a new building for us and staff - would be great! Thank you everyone who works here!

I went here this past weekend. I enjoyed how they walked you to the car and unloaded your food into your car. I like the that expericence. I would go again. all thought the place needs a face lift on the inside and outside of the store.

This was my first time at this particular location, I usually go to one in Garland. The selection of cereals in a bag was pretty poor and I guess Im just not familiar with their layout. I prefer Garland to this one.
