The Mall itself was awesome. I traveled 35miles to visit a specialty shop, Custom Tees its a kiosk in front of the Apple store. If it had not been for a special gift for my grand daughters birthday I would not have patronised his kiosk. This guy, the owner, price gouges his product depending upon his moods. I questioned his prices and he asserted his arrogance with "These are my prices!". He actually ran out of ink for his printer and he told his worker but never said anything to me, the customer. He just left me standing there and the other worker appeared to be working on a priority job. He lacked social skills as well. Maybe it was a bad day for them both but never the less I will not be returning. I have spent my first and my last dollar with this establishment. I wasnt expecting something for nothing, I even carried my own paper for transferring an ordered decal for printing. The lack of customer service and rude behavior is something that I do not have to put up with. I will never return to his Custom-Tees kiosk again.

Im a Georgia Native. This is one of my least favorite malls. Its ghetto and unclean. I feel like Im going to be mugged every time I have to go to this mall. On a demographic note it has few Asian, Indian, Spanish, Caucasians visitors and many African American visitors on a daily basis. According to local law enforcement, crime including robbery, theft and threatening behavior from certain individuals are a problem. Parents should watch their belongings and their children. Lock your vehicle doors and hide your belongings if you have to shop here. The mall includes a food court (thats infested by roaches according to janitorial staff) and is accessible by a bus transit system. Mall security in the mall parking lot is not reliable if you run into problems. Call 911 if you feel you are in any danger.

Cumberland Mall is very close to my crib but if ever do find the need to go to a mall Ill usually will continue on past this mall opting instead for Perimeter Mall which seems to have more people that are there for the same reason Im there, shopping! Whereas at Cumberland Mall the crowd just seems to be a bunch of loitering high school kids. The only highlight I would say is the Teds Montana restaurant which is why I gave 1 star. The mall also has an Apple Store but theres just something about Apples retail stores that makes me have anxiety and really wonder how Apple pretty much nailed every other area of their extremely successful business but not so much when it comes to their retail stores. But I think Im the only person who feels this way so Im sure its not an issue.

I was eating in the food court when around 7pm a custodian came up to me and told me I needed to move so she could mop. I looked at the floor she pointed at and didnt see a spill. So I asked her what she meant and she said I needed to move to a different seating area so she could mop the one I was in. I said okay and tried to finish my meal before I got up but she kept hovering around me. Eventually I felt so uncomfortable I didnt even finish my food and left. When I got up she had the whole area blocked off by chairs. Mind you the mall doesnt close until 9 and shes blocking off areas at 7. I understand trying to get the mall clean etc but she couldve waited till I left. A really irritating experience.

Close by mall from the place where I used to live. I have visited this mall during my trip to Macys, Sears and JCpenny. It is a big mall, with lots of stores inside. It has got a huge walking space. Sometimes I just come here just to have window shopping as well as some walking time. There is an apple store inside this mall and I had visited several times for different reasons. When you get hungry and get tired there is a food court inside the mall, where you would have different kind of cuisine for you to try on. Also it has got a small area where small kids can play around. Huge parking spaces all through the mall as well as a multi level parking lot that directly connects the mall.

The dream of the ‘90s is well alive in this 1970s eye sore along beautiful Cobb Parkway. Parking is always difficult, especially on the north end near Costco. Once you do park, use extreme caution, as the parking lot engineers weren’t told people would be getting out of their cars to walk. There’s no safe pedestrian passages anywhere. My favorite example of this is the massive (and I’m sure expensive) pedestrian bridge from the Galleria over to the mall, which leads across to absolutely nothing, not even a curb cut or crosswalk, just parking lot. Beyond the pedestrian danger zone, a charming collection of spotless corporate retail outlets greets you. Enjoy.

Well i have been coming to Cumberland Mall now for years and I remember what it first like when i first moved to Georgia and i must say i am very impressed with the improvements over the past few years and I love coming here with my kids. They are always adding a new store or restaurant and knowing they have valet service is really nice. They didnt have that when i first moved here 20 years ago. I love it and my kids do as well. The stores are truly amazing!

A great mall to go to the crowds are never too big and its always clean, they could add a few better shops but I wont complain. Even with Lenox mall having more high end shop this mall is still 1000x better. Everyone is friendly and attentive for the most part unlike the other mall I mentioned where everyone acts as if theyre better than you. I definitely recommend doing your shopping here or just a family outing its a great place to go!

The revamp of the mall looks good but it seems as if all the stores are the same. What one store has the next store has so you really only have to go into one store. Going to Cumberland Mall on the weekday in the middle of the day is the best time to go because if you go on Friday Saturday or even Sunday you are going to be crowded by so many people that are not really shopping theyre just walking around and looking at you buy things.

We were so disappointed walking in this mall. The number of shops with fake designer clothing, and unlicensed merchandise really surprised me. Its very similar to a cheap strip mall selling bootleg items. The crowd here matches the merchandise. I prefer to shop at Perimeter or Lennox. If Cumberland wants better clientele, please provide a better shopping experience. I wont be spending my money here.

The malls has gotten nicer over the years. Parking is nightmare since it shares parking lot with Costco. Anchor stores are Macys and Sears. Good food selection inside food court and at anchor restaurants including Maggianos, Stoney River, Wild Wings and F20. Nice mix of upper scale and fast fashion stores include White House Black Market, Express, Charming Charlie, DSW, H&M and F21.

What use are malls anymore? This one used to have two of the best bookstores ever. Both gone. No bookstores, no Radio Shack, no Kirklands, no camera store, no drugstore... Just miles of overpriced shoes and clothes stores. Id rather throw up than shop for clothes and shoes. I go to Cumberland for the Sears and the Hallmark store. It doesnt even have enough a Disney store. Snore...
