I was never a VONS shopper until a few years back when I began to stop in for a few things here and there out of convenience! I noticed from the very first visit the employees are by far the best in the business! I have never walked in the door without being greeted like royalty by everyone working there! Having worked for the competitor for 18 years, I know customer service, and they have my vote for the #1 spot! I always assumed they had high prices. But to my surprise , many of their prices are even lower than the other stores. The store is always clean, and well stocked with product every time I go in! You cant walk past an employee in that store without a smile or an offer of help! They remember faces and treat you like family! Its a great feeling! I highly recommend this store to everyone!

Always courteous and knowledgeable. You dont feel rushed or ignored. I just wish theyd carry Hutches BBQ sauce like they do in Fresno . Best ever. I do notice that the dairy case/ milk is always empty. But I guess that means their always full of customers!! Love My Vons La Verne. And the Starbucks too!

Vons is my favorite grocery store. I usually go to the one in Claremont which appears smaller than this one, but its closer to my house. When Im driving home and pass by this one, I will shop here for convenience. There is a great olive bar that is good for lunch.

All Vons stores are lighted and organized in a perfect way. Some can be improved by biggest deli section and by offering better quality of baked goods such as the cookies. Some packs cost only $5, and look very tempting when they are actually not that good.

This is a large Vons store with a salad bar and a diverse selection of items. Friendly and efficient checkers. Be sure to check your receipt though, I often find mistakes. Not the checkers fault...specials are not entered in the system correctly.

Produce is ok, standard fare, otherwise. Sprouts nearby will have higher quality and less expensive produce. Meats at this location are mediocre to poor in quality... better cuts and trimming needed to bring selection up to par with competitors.

Very nice & well kept store. Its too bad the prices on most items are extremely overpriced. Yeah, you save a little with your Vons Card and sales but their overall high prices get you at the end.

Someone just used my stolen credit card there, I live in Colorado. Maybe have the clerks check ID with every CC purchase? Just a thought, hopefully this persons mac and cheese was worth my rent.

Staff is excellent and product availability is on point! Great deals at any Vons but I absolutely love how theyre hours home till 1am! Better than any other grocery store in my opinion!

Its my "go to" grocery store now. Used to shop at Albertsons in San Dimas, but this Vons is closer (and nicer). Great produce section, and a good mix of wines available here as well.

This Vons is large, well stocked with quality products, organized clean has a Starbucks a pharmacy and a Vons gas station. It somewhat pricey but will not break the bank.
