We have had nothing but good experiences at this store. This is the second Washer/Dryer set purchased from here, as we had moved and left the old set behind. We have also purchased a refrigerator from this store, which Jarek had delivered. Very unfortunately, this washer had gone bad after four years of normal use and very fortunately, we had purchased the extended warranty. What good luck ! The washer was too far gone to save, but ABC Warehouse said they would replace it, thankfully ! Tony K., the Store Manager from the Southgate store, called the very next day and we went in that same day to confirm what we would be receiving. Tony was great. He was extremely clear and helpful and polite. What a pleasure, as always here. He went out of his way to get the replacement to us as soon as possible. The very next morning, our new washer was on its way to us. Jack and Jarek did a great job with the delivery. Jarek carefully removed the old washers plumbing connections, so that there was no mess. They both worked quickly and very efficiently to carefully remove the old washer with no damage and were also very careful to not make a mess. Jack loaded the old washer into the truck by himself, while Jarek got everything ready for the new washer. They very carefully got the new washer in place and hooked up. What a great team ! ! ! Minutes after they were done, Tony called, and I thanked him for the great service all around. Could not ask for more. We could not be more pleased. Weve gone from a washer that sounded like a freight train, due to the bad center bearing, to a new model that should give us years of service and weve got another extended warranty, just in case. Tony, Jarek and Jack, thank you very much ! ! !

Have you ever seen a sitcom where someone walks into a store and some overly aggressive sales person pounces on the protagonist with a hard sell leaving an awkward feeling for everyone involved? Thats what its like going to ABC Warehouse. The moment we stepped in the door, an employee latched on and wouldnt leave us alone despite being told we were just looking at what they had in stock. Now, she was just doing her job and i can respect that, but its the condition of the store that left me feeling like I couldnt get out fast enough. The entire store has this "grandmas basement" smell and many of the appliances had dust and grime on them. While they do have a huge selection of appliances (likely the biggest downriver), I cant say Ill ever find myself there again.

Our experience was phenomenal! We received exceptional service from Kevin in sales. He had much patience and was happy to answer my many questions! We were then further impressed by Jack and Jarek Kosmal - who went above and beyond when they delivered our bed. Not only did they make sure we understood how to work everything but they even loaded up our old bed into the back of my husbands truck for me! From here on out we will always go to Kevin at ABC Warehouse and request Jack and Jarek if we need anything delivered. The selection and prices were great. We saved over $2500 off of 2 mattress sets, a 55" LED TV and a Weber grill - all conveniently at one spot. Go see Kevin at ABC Warehouse - you will not be dissapointed!

Helpful in answering my questions. Electrcics 5 stars, even thou i was not buying they help me as i took notes. Now 4 stars because i walked in and since no other salse man cared to ask me for help (cause its not their department) to school for cool idiots. Ask if i need help and smile. You aint $#1+ until someones looking for a tv or washer and dryer. That shows poor teamwork. At Guitar Center, in nashiville, I helpped out the guy who took care of taylor swifts purchasings. I gave him his commission still. I can tell you all need a district managment overhaul. No ine looked at me or greeted

Purchased a washer and dryer 4 months ago and already the dryer started making a noise 2 weeks ago and yesterday my washer stopped working past the first cycle. We purchased the extended warranty and so I call them today to schedule them to come fix it, thinking it be in the next day or so ha, nope, I have to wait a WEEK for someone to come look at my broken washer and dryer that is only 4 months old! We are a family of 6 with no washer or dryer for a WEEK because "thats the earliest appt day" they have. Well then I suggest you hire some more people!

NO RETURN POLICY. And their price match? They wont even match their own online deals even if their adverised as "IN STORE SPECIALS". Terrible customer service! I went back and forth with them for three days just to get a $50 adjustment! They told me they want to work with their customers. They just want to WORK THEM OVER. Guy in store tells me theres a 15% restocking fee, regional manager says theres a no return policy, so whats the deal? Get your story straight. I will NEVER shop there again and neither with ANYONE I know.

I bought a baby camera for my bother in law and he did not want it so i tryed too returned it and they told me no sorry its a discounted item and we can not give tou anything so do not shop herr they carry discounted items and after 30 days they no longer carry the items. And on top of that am a disabled person with a half of a lung so i could not argue. Wow i see this place closing soon

I am handicapped. Walking and standing for long periods is very difficult. I had to get a new washer and the salesman, Justin, did everything he could including wheeling me in a wheelchair to help me purchase a washer. I cannot express how grateful I am for the help. I would reccommend ABC Warehouse to everyone. Great service and prices and selecyion of products.

Got a great deal. laura cambell was our sales lady she was lots of help.Our delivery guys jack and jared route 5.These guys went above and beyond to get our stove and fridge in the house and fast too.Very professional on what they do.Would definitely buy again from laura and request the same delivery guys.

Tony K. and Sandy were great to work with on purchasing our new GE Appliances. We had a bit of an issue with initial delivery but when Jack and Jarek came to deliver the fridge on try 2 they were awesome I highly recommend those young men . Great Customer service from all mentioned here.
