My husband and I are not “techies” but we do rely heavily on our computers. So, when they aren’t working properly we panic. ECSI have helped us in many ways. Probably one of the most important advantages of their business is their remote access capability. We were able to allow ECSI access to our computer screen and they were then able to run diagnostic tests and find a solution to our computer problems. This is a huge benefit to us because prior to working with ECSI we would be without our computers for anywhere from 4-10 days. It was so bothersome we endured using less than optimally running computers rather than taking them in to get repaired. We also appreciated the way ECSI brought their language down to our level, explained what they needed to, and educated us on technology that would be beneficial to us, including what type of laptop to purchase at the best price. We are involved in a couple of different non-profit organizations and have to manage data in a secure manner and in the most economical way. ECSI helped us with this also. We have seen first-hand how ECSI created a website to meet our needs. They were fantastic. They were conscientious, courteous, helpful and fast. The website they created was superb, and we have heard many favorable comments about it. Whether you have a repair, virus, software question or website initial creation or update, we would highly recommend ECSI.

Over the years Ive bought two systems from ECSI and I have had flawless customer service and support for the entire life of both systems. Their remote services are perhaps one of the best features they offer where by running an application they provide you can see their screen while they walk you through what is installed on your computer and how everything works. This also allows them to troubleshoot your computer problems remotely, which has saved me quite a headache when my system files get corrupted since they can usually fix it up without my having to bring it in to their shop. When I approached them about building the first computer they sat down with me and tailor made a system to suit my needs and made sure that it was well within my budget. This system worked well for me for many years and when the time came to upgrade again I had no question about who I would go to for my system.

They really know what they are doing and can simplify what is wrong and how they are fixing it so it is easy to understand. Extremely personable and provide great customer service and work quick to get your computer back to you. Highly recommend if you need any sort of help with your computer or have any questions about software or hard drives, because they have all the answers. My family and I have been a loyal customer for years and do not plan on going anywhere else for computer service. Very friendly and extremely helpful. 10/10!!!!

This would be the second computer Ive bought from ECS in the past 6 years, the first one lasted me for about 5 (very high usage). ECS provides amazing customer service and tech support; there has been many occasions that I would call them late at night on Sunday and they would take a couple hours out of their evening to help get everything working with their remote support tool. They have earned not only my gratitude but future patronage for their products; I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase software or a new PC.

I am not usually one to write reviews like this but I was so impressed by the quality of service they offered. A friend referred me to them after a great experience as well. Timely service, patience while explaining computer-y stuff to you. I have never had a problem that they did not walk me through and show me how to fix, but also how to avoid AND protect against the problem in the future. A+++ would recommend to anyone
