I hate that this store constantly moves products around, not to mention the big move theyre making now. The problem with this store is that the shelves are always empty of popular and sale item!!! I have raincheck after raincheck. Its NOT because of the big move!! And, I stopped getting my prescriptions from the pharmacy a long time ago. Theyre SO SLOW and unreliable. I had started taking a fairly new drug and every month I had to wait for them to order it. Even had to drive for 40 mins (one way) to pick it up twice because it was going to be several days to wait. I finally got a hold of a visiting pharmacist who told me that it should have been put on auto reorder but wasnt. He did it for me and I havent had any trouble since. Its a pain med that I cant get from my insurance mail order pharmacy where I get the rest of my meds. This is just an all around TERRIBLE store and I so wish I had closer options.

Their pharmacy needs customer service training. Dropped a prescription off and they said it would be ready at 2:30 pm. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and arrived back at the drive-thru at 2:45 pm. Was told it wasnt ready yet and since a car pulled in behind me I had to pull out. So I went home which is only two blocks away and soon as I pull in my drive receive a text my prescription is ready for pick up. Needless to say I was pissed. Called and spoke to Yolanda who was manager on duty and she acted like she could care less. Real simple folks... DON"T make promises you cant keep. Id been hearing bad things about the Hebron pharmacy recently and today you showed why.

I live in hebron and love this store. But today was a different story. I picked out a hanging basket for mothers day. I thought it was quite basic. With NO PRICE indicators i continued to the self checkout... which rang up 24.99 i feel i couldve got a better deal elsewhere. They were only capitalizing on a retail holiday. So i put a one hundred dollar bill in to pay for the transaction and the machine gave me 70 dollars in 5 dollar bills. Thanks krogers.... now i feel like a drug dealer. May I suggestion...stick to the sale items!

They are currently working a store reset. The what ever number reset this is. Kroger stores in general never have the same lay out. This store has one of the worst. Silly and ridiculous. Soap and cleaners in with the pet food. 1/2 your paper products in one aisle. 1/2 in another. They dont seem in to big a hurry to get this reset done either. Been three weeks or more now. They have area where the bread and canned goods used to be all plastic off. No big hurry to do anything in this store.

Its crazy! Cant find anything. However all Kroger employees that I have asked for assistance have been extremely helpful. But rice in the diaper isle? Juices not all in same isle and plus box juice and regular juice not even in same vicinity. I get it that you are trying to remodel but maybe a cheat sheet for shoppers to find things would be helpful.

Liars rude and just plan hateful I hate this place i% revise you from going worst kroger the deserve negative 5 stars there is a poor sweet lady named tract which works there other than that its horrible unless you have to go there please please avoid it if possible

Remodeling and I have a hard time finding the stuff I need Things are not where I think they should be The store is open and the people are so willing to help me They are as friendly and seem to have fun There is A couple of the day girls at the register that have a attitude but thats ok

Bruh this one time I went into Kroger to buy keyboard cleaner for "cleaning my keyboards" and I had to take a dump so I went into the bathroom and this employee was in there. He had a reflective vest and a licking valley sweatshirt. He just sat in the counter playing on his phone

This is the Kroger my parents (and me when Im at home) almost always use for groceries. Clean, organized, and with good varieties and deals. This location also has a liquor store and a large variety of beer and wine (as well as pick your own 6-pack for craft beer).

Friendly, knowledgeable staff! Currently (8/2017) in the middle of a remodel, but still open. Adding a Starbucks and much more! Also, they have shopping carts for parents​ with multiple children, which is one thing I always look for!

Clean, everyone is nice, its a smaller kroger than the ones Ive been to in columbus. An ok selection of fresh veggies and fruit, not impressed with the " vine ripe tomatoes " that is deceiving, but an all around decent kroger.

This is a large Supermarket with very reasonable prices, located in a small Shopping Center, not too far from the Lakewood Motel which is very convenient for people staying at the motel.

Love the 10 for 10 sale. What I find laughable is what they say the regular price is. Customers know that price is jacked up to make the saving look bigger than it really is.
