This store sold me an iPhone 5s that was malfunctioning in a way that it needed a passcode to unlock the phone after an update, however we never enabled a passcode for the phone. So, we took it back to the store and they were extremely rude and had no idea how to resolve the issue. They said that there was no way they could exchange the phone and they didnt know how to fix it. Then they referred me to the ATT corporate office where I was told that the two stores are not affiliated in anyway. So save yourself the time and trouble and just buy from and actually ATT store, not an authorized retailer. There employees are trained better and paid more which makes it a lot easier to get help when your $500 phone starts acting funny after 2 days.

My husbands phone was lost so he went to this retail store for assistance. The assistance they provided was to sell him an interior phone, did not indicate the lost phone could be tracked, or even check to see that he had a replacement policy on the lost phone. So after they took his money we found out we could have possibly found the lost phone. Now because of this store we are out the cost of a piece of junk phone. In addition, they are very rude! Luckily, I contacted AT&T customer service and found out from a very helpful young man what to do and will have a replacement in 2 days.

This was the worst customer service that I have experienced anywhere in a very long time. The salesmans attitude was very off-putting and he couldnt have been less helpful. If AT&T will allow a third party reseller like this to use and represent their name, customers are better served looking to another carrier for service, not to mention a different retail location.

Poor customer service at this location from the store manager who gave me incorrect information, was rude, and refused to contact AT&T for proper info regarding my account. I do not suggest shopping with this Authorized Retailer....go to a corporate store instead!

I have been very satisfied with their service. Even when something goes wrong the tech shows up on the scheduled day. Much Much better choice for internet service than Charter.
