"September 30, 2016-----October 6, 2016" Hummm were to start.....I called on September 30,2016 about a atv part, and the lady put me on hold and switched me to the parts service. I waited over 40 min just to be hung up on. I called back once again and and they placed me on hold and waited more then 20 min just to speak to the parts department. Once I got through to the parts department I told him what part I needed and all my information. The guy said the part should be here sometime next week and he would call me. SO NOW I called them on October 6, 2016 and the something happened. A guy placed me on hold and switched me to the parts department. I was on hold for more then 30 minutes. A guy finally answered and said hello and hung up. I called back once again AND AFTER 20 MINUTES ON HOLD I DECIDED TO TAKE A RIDE TO THE STORE. I finally arrived at the store went to view some and decided to view some motorcycles and atvs . The sell guy which were 2 of them at the time were setting in the office sociallzing and not worrying about a sell they could have had. Anyways, I went back to the parts department which was 15 feet away from the sells guy I just saw, and told the parts department that I wanted to see if my part had arrived. He asked me for my name and information, and then said there is nothing in the computer that says that the part was order or even their. So as I was waiting for him to search a little more , I see guys just standing around and the PHONE RINGING AND RINGING AND RINGING. I told the parts staff members are you going to answer the phone? he said they are busy which they were not. ITOLD HIM " I WAITED FOR OVER 40 MINUTES ON HOLD WITH YOU GUYS." he eyes got wide and he picked up the phone. Once he got off the phone he said we are busy at times. YEAH OK......... **********So anyways they didnt have my PART, I Waited more then 40 minutes on each call, got hung up on, My part was never ordered in the first place, and I DROVE 23 MILES JUST TO BE TOLD MY PART WAS NOT IN THE SYSTEM/COMPUTER*********** THE OWNER OF THIS PLACE SHOULD BE MAD BECAUSE THEY ARE DRIVEING BIZ TO OTHER MOTOCYCLE/ATV PLACES

I honestly despise this dealership. I made a deal with them over the phone for a 17 KTM 450 SXF while I was working in the area and later that day went in to talk to the salesman to make sure everything with the deal was a go. The next day we trailered my trade 3 hours up from my home in West Virginia. They literally wasted my time. I got up there and the salesman had no information whatsoever on the bike and started talking down to me when I was questioning him. Then he started talking down about my trade which was a 16 GSXR 1000 with 200 miles on it. I got pissed when they denied that the deal we made over the phone and again face to face ever existed and gave me an insultingly low offer for my trade. I loaded the bike up and called Waynesburg and made a better deal over the phone. We ran down there exchanged bikes and I signed a few papers and I was out with my new KTM. If you are thinking about buying a bike from Bentleys save yourself the trouble and call Waynesburg and see what they can do for you. Update: I recently visited Bentleys to pick up a part that they had in stock that I couldnt get anywhere else. Parts department guys were super nice and easy to work with.

Really unimpressed by the sales experience here. Went in on a lunch break to talk about a Duke 390, and the one and only salesman was rather unhelpful. Knew nothing about the bike, even checking the tag for the price when I asked. When inquiring about an out the door price, he refused to give me any additional information unless I was "willing to buy today" - this is a red flag for high pressure sales BS. And after asking several more times I left with a business card with sticker price + tax and fees written on it....how helpful (sarcasm). Came back later that day with my wife to check the bike out again, and after about an hour not a single person had said hello or checked in on us...after approaching a few salesmen we where given the "be right with you"...and then they went back to talking amongst themselves. Its 2016 - the entire national dealer network is a mouse click away - learn to treat walk-ins like something more than an inconvenience. Or they too, like me, will shop elsewhere for the same product.

Thought I had finally found a new dealer for life after purchasing a new Polaris 570 at the advertised price, wow. Talked about trading my 2015 Yamaha Viking in with only 30 hours since we didnt realize it wont fit on most trails. We discussed the trade in price range and a week later I loaded it up and made the drive over. Talked to the same salesman each time and thought it would be a very smooth transaction. Boom here comes the trade game. They offered me $1500 less than the lowest range the salesperson quoted me just a week ago and then on top of that put the full retail value (MSRP, no discounts, no incentives) of the new machine were looking at against the ridiculous low trade. I was disappointed and they asked where I need to be to make this deal go through. Being I would have to fight with them just to get up to a bad deal from a ridiculous deal I refused to throw numbers back and forth and left very upset and never to return. Complete waste of time and a very dishonest way of doing business.

Recently I went to this dealership and had such high hopes due to the "good prices" advertised. Unfortunately when I walked through the door I was immediately met with disappoint. I was met by a male sitting at a desk on his cell phone and was told the salesman would meet with me. A short time later the salesman came up to me. He had no information about the product I was there to see and could not offer me any answers I asked. He then brought the sales manager to assist, who was also not helpful whatsoever. The salesman and sales manger where very disrespectful, unhelpful, high pressure and used belittling language when speaking to me. Needless to say, I left without purchasing a vehicle. I also attempted to call this dealership prior to going out there and was promised a phone call back, and again they let me down and never calling back, thus me driving to their business. The only reason I gave this a rating of 1 is because I could not give it a zero. I do not recommend this dealership.

I purchased a 1982 Honda CB750 yesterday and found everyone that I talked to was very knowledgeable. Despite what some other reviewers said check this store out for yourself. If you have half a sense of what it would take to be able to sell the massive inventory that they have at this store you will quickly realize that they are obviously doing something right. And to the idiot that says that the salespeople pressure you, OF COURSE THEY DO, they are in the business of selling TOYS everything in that store is completely unnecessary to own so of course they are going to put a little bit of pressure on the people that want to buy their things. They want to get the most money possible out of their items thats how this business works. Thank you all who work at Bentleys, and if my bike breaks down I will not be writing you a bad review as toys tend to break and I seem to be one of the very few who understand that. Sebastian
