Formally one of the best Goodwill stores in the region, management decided to turn this into an "outlet" store, which basically means that all the junk that didnt sell anywhere else gets funneled here. So, instead of organized shelves and racks of clothes, everything is now dumped into tables randomly for people to pick through like vultures. Its really a shame that the store decided to make this move because they lost my business. Save yourself a trip - you have just as much luck of finding something of value if you walk up and down the banks of Chartiers Creek.

Whoever decided to turn this nice store into a junk bin should lose their job. I dont care if it is cheaper....do not enjoy rooting through big bins that had everything just dumped in there and got broken! Nice ornaments etc...broken. Shoes that you cant find mates...cardboard, garbage and store bags strewn through. Missing parts. What a waste. The biggest mess we have ever seen. Absolutely no order. Could hear things breaking in the back as they were dumping. If they do this to all our local stores will be done with Goodwill.

By far one of the cheapest Goodwills I have been to, but, it is cheap for a reason. You have to be willing to put more effort into looking for clothes and by effort I mean going through dirty bins with literally no organization. There could also be more choices although I think it is still growing. Be aware that you need more time to look through everything but there is a possibility to find something nice. Great for patient cheap people like me lol

Whoever decided to turn this nice Goodwill Store into an outlet store made a horrible mistake. This place is a disaster!!!! Nothing but junk and broken items mixed in with clothes, shoe or shoes, books, glassware, etc. that you need to dive into find anything . Junk, Junk, Junk!!!!! Nothing is organized and everything is mixed together. I really enjoyed shopping here, but no more. Please change it back! So sad :(

This place is horrible. Everything is thrown into bins in big junk piles. Nothing is separated into what things are. Its basically like picking through a garbage dump. A lot of whats there is broken or dirty. There is baby clothes thrown in with cooking things, knick knacks, a random diaper here and there, shoes thrown in with kitchen things and toiletries. Just gross. I highly dont recommend this store.

This is now a Goodwill Distribution location. This means that you dig through bins of used product. If you have ever felt self conscious about shopping at Goodwill this place will make you feel like a member of the homeless community. They have loads of used products, unsorted, in bins so you have to dig through them like your digging through the trash! No thanks!

Went and bought a dvd player. I asked if they check their equipment to see if it works. The lady told me that they do not check them and if it doesnt work i cant bring it back. Of course when i brought it home it doesnt work so I wasted my money on it. Other thrift shops always check their equipment before they sell it which they should also do. Not happy at all.

Just went in to see what the new update was. Terrible! Everything thrown into bins. I walked out, didnt want to feel like I was diving into garbage. Whose bright idea was this mess? Also, as someone who donated things that are nice I hate to see clothes thrown in dirty bins and things getting broken. Will call or donate to a different store.

Best Thrift store in the Pittsburgh area !! Leave yourself at least 2 hours to fully sort through all the blue bins.Keep in mind they rotate at least 3 to 5 bins per hour with new stuff. Also some days it may be a hit or miss on what you may be looking for?... be patient Make sure you bring gloves with you when sorting through the bins.

This Goodwill is an outlet store which means they have all the merchandise mixed together and bins and charge by weight I personally dont prefer this type of Goodwill due to its organization flaws. I dont like to have to dig through piles of stuff to find something small that I want Id rather have it all in departments on a shelf.

Horribly run. No organization whatsoever. All clothing- jackets pants shirts shorts- mens, womens, childrens EVERYTHING piled together in large bins. Unless you have all day to waste searching for a particular item then dont waste your time/gas driving there

For those complaining, its an outlet store with cheap prices. You have to work a little and dig through bins to find stuff. Ive been there many times and found awesome items and great deals. Its an excellent store and one of the best Ive ever been to.

If youre willing to literally DIG through giant bins, then its worth it, bc its so cheap. They charge by the pound. Be warned, though- things are broken, separated, and unorganized. I have found broken glass and nails in the bins.

Wow, the smell of mildew, first it was just bottom of the barrel overpriced junk, now its just all stuffed in big bins for you to sort through. Perhaps you can find a deal, but this place is bad.

Was very messy an unorganized. Dirty and stuff is tossed around. Do not look for a nice organized rack. If you are looking to make money, they sell everything 49 cents per pound.

They arent like the traditional goodwill. They keep their stuff in bins and you have to sort through it.
