I have truly never been treated so well and respected as I was the day MCMC blessed my kids and I with a very nice and dependable car. I had b4 different dealerships and I got the same response, NO, I just wanted to go home and forget the entire day and play with my kids but instead I went to see Boris at MCMC, we had a short visit and he went to work, I was upfront and honest about my situation and Boris was very upfront about himself as a Car Salesman and MCMC and while I waited for the results from the Financial department, Boris took me outside and introduced me to my future car, I took it for a spin and when I got back Boris and I talked about my kids, his kids and just and just calming non stressful stuff, Boris got a quick phone call and gave me a high five and the rest is New Car History in the life of my kids and I, everyone at MCMC where so great and polite from the moment they didnt know my to the moment my kids and I became part of their family, the MCMC family. I had been driving a rental car and had to make arrangements to turn it in so I waited until the next day to pick up our new car, well it just so happened that Boris was off work the day I came to finalize everything but, he made a special trip back to MCMC to make sure everything went smoothly, I watched a short welcome video and was ready to leave and everyone was saying goodbye but I thought I needed at least a little paperwork but Boris had Started the with the air conditioning cooling off the inside of the car and all my paperwork was in the car waiting for me, Ray handed me a welcome packet and I was driving our new car, YES, I celebrate a lot of great moments being a single father raising 2 kids and the experience with Boris and the rest of the staff at MCMC is right up there with my making special recognition of their father in front of their entire class as s positive inspiration in their lives, the you Boris and MCMC, you are truly there to give those of us that are willing to take the 1st a Big Helping Hand, thank you, MCMC

MCMC or I believe Mike Carlson Motors was awesome. I got into a jam and lost my job and was paying on a car that I couldnt afford. I got behind on my credit cards and my credit was shot. I ended up turning in my vehicle so now I had no way to get to work even if I had a job. My friend loaned me a vehicle to get to job interviews. I got a job and a few months went by and things seem to be shaping up. Well I decided to try to get a car again at several regular car dealerships with no success due to my credit. At the last dealership a salesman gave me a card and said mcmc might be able to help. I went there figuring I would leave with the same result. They were up front with the cost of the vehicle and explained they did the financing in house with most of there customers. Now the rate was higher but I understood due to the fact of what happened to my credit plus having a repo recently.They have an A+ Rating with the better business bureau and all their cars come with a warranty. I normally dont write reviews but after reading the others on here I felt like I needed to tell my story. Thank you again mcmc for helping me when no one else would. TBrown

I worked with Austen and Ray at MCMC to purchase a car. These guys are very sweet and patient. They got me in the car I wanted for a price that was awesome! It was a longer process than I anticipated but only because I was having a hard time coming up with the money they wanted down, but they didnt give up on me! They worked their numbers until they were able to offer what I could afford. I dont feel like I was ever taken advantage of, and I would definitely repurchase from them in the future. I will also most definitely recommend anyone I know in the market for a vehicle to MCMC. I could go on and on about how awesome Ray and Austen are. I have zero complaints, even the customer service was a pleasure to deal with. I have to say this is probably the best experience Ive had purchasing a car. Thank you so much Ray and Austen and all the staff at MCMC!! You guys are awesome!!!

I just have to say MCMC Auto is amazing! I was really expecting to be turned down because of our credit score, but we are now the proud owners of a 2012 Kia Optima. The car is amazing! I have to say if you do decide to give MCMC Auto a try, Boris Miranda at the Belknap location is the go to guy. If they do not have the car you are considering buying at that particular lot, they will simply go get it for you. The car we purchased was actually located at the Burleson location. He is who worked with us. He is absolutely amazing and he cares about the customer. He doesnt push you to get something you dont want, and he gives everything to you straight forward. He treats you as he put it "the way he expects people to treat him when considering a purchase." Thank you Boris!!! And thank you MCMC Auto!!

I went to 3 other car places today wanting to get in a vehicle. Each one built me up saying they can get me into something and as usual they either wanted more money or the payments were too high. I decided to try one more place, before giving up, and called MCMC. I my with Efrain, explained my situation and he assured me he would help me get into a car. I honestly didnt believe him until he told me I was approved and got me into a car that I actually wanted. The process was quick and the staff here were all friendly. Im also happy to know that my monthly payments include Gap Insurance and all the cars you get comes with a free warranty that covers everything but normal maintenance. I will highly recommend MCMC to everyone that I come across that needs a car.

I had a really great experience working with Efrain at Mike Carlson! My credit definitely isnt the best but they still didnt turn me away they came up with an affordable plan to get me into a car inspite of my situation! They absolutely exceeded my expectations when I got to the location it was exactly what we discussed over the phone there were no surprises everything was straightforward and to the point! I got my new car within an hour no haggling no pressure just honest reliable information. At first I couldnt decide which car I wanted the most between 2 cars but they still didnt try to rush me or persuade me in any way Efrain was just patient until I thought it through! I would definitely recommend Mike Carlson to anyone I know looking for a new car!

Long story made short, my 1st car buying experience was amazing(shocking I know). From the online inquiry, to the phone call,then on to appointment setting...and THEN ...wait for it, finding not just one car,but THE CAR that I need and want. This family of team members and I say FAMILY because the level of outstanding and phenomenal service provided was literally amazing and can only be compared to that of a close family. From Eduardo aka Lalo, and Ned the manager with all the members in between. No comparison...none...if youre interested in professionalism and hard work...striving for excellence. Exceeding expectations etc...this is the place to be...also I am referring to the West Fwy in Ft. Worth location specifically. THEY ARE GOOD. ;)
