Dropped truck off because tail light would not flash nor would brake light work. Everyone seemed friendly as you are greeted immediately. The next day received a call it would be 380 something dollars. I said do it. A couple days later I called them to check on it and was asked who the service tech was. I have no idea. They tracked it down but he wasnt available. About 6 hours later I got a call back to say its not ready and they had to replace a harness and bulb (I questioned this since its LED and it doesnt have A bulb and I just replaced the whole assembly a few days earlier. To which the tech basically said he doesnt know what they are fixing). Over the next 2 weeks I called about 8 times and never got a return call but I did receive two calls a couple days later when I was at work asking that I call them but they never answer nor do they leave any information on voice mail. Somewhere in this time I gave up trying to reach the tech so I called the service line instead of straight to the tech and a friendly lady asked how to direct my call (well I called service so ...) and I told her sercice and then midsentence I realized she stopped listening and I was being transfered. Another friendly sounding lady answers and inquired who I was trying to reach and I told her and she said she was going to transfer me and I was promptly hung up on .Finally, I called the direct line again and left a message saying I need the truck in two days. they finally called me to pick it up because they are done. They gave up or as they said "were going to stick a fork in it and you can come get It" too which he mentioned several times they arent even going to charge me (great, you didnt fix anything). Anyway, after being told I was lucky they are only going to charge me a certain price (for something that was workijng when I took it there) I went to get it and timed how long it would take and it took 45 minutes. I was standing in front of his computer as he ignored us and disapeared for 20-30 minutes and was paged two times by another tech to come to the front he has a customer. When he arrived he walked past us and asked what we needed. We waited a while longer just to be handed my keys and a "here you got and thats it. So I walked to get my truck and just as expected its worse now then when I brought it in. Now the tail light doesnt light up at all. I took the truck some where else and they told me it would take 2 hours just to look at it. 3 after I said okay they called and said it was ready and its $80. They just had to repair a couple wires and the fuse that Autonation blew. Long story, longest review Ive ever left but I cant emphasize how bad the service was. It appears by the reviews the sales department is better. Terrible service and they had no problem telling all the customers how short handed they were (heard it a half dozen times that they had a bunch of employees walk out) as well as respond to a lady who was asking why she wasnt called back with "Oh not this again, maam I already told you blah blah. Over my life and many cars I have been to the mechanics probably over 100 times and this is the worst service (terrible customer service, expensive, not knowledgeable if they dont have a diagram or a computer to tell them what to do and just made things worse) Ive experienced since the turn of the century if not ever.

I have a 2014 Silverado that I have brought in for warranty work on a few occasions. There has not been a single time that I have walked away satisfied with the service that I have received. On one occasion, I did not get my truck back for almost a month! Absolutely NO exaggeration. I got the truck back and they told me that there was nothing wrong. I took a picture of the dash when I dropped it off. The dealership drove my truck for almost 15 miles the entire month it was there, thats it. Didnt wash it, didnt talk to me about anything and told me to come back and pick it up. This last visit, again, dropped it off for warranty work and recalls. It was another disaster. I set up an appointment for the following week, appointment day came, went to drop it off, was told there was no record of an appointment and no rentals, to set up another appointment. Came back again and they gave me a crappy Malibu for a rental that was not even close to my Silverado that I dropped off. Just because the dealership needs to put miles on the Malibu so that they can drop the price shouldnt effect me, but for some reason it does. This time I was finally given an answer as to why my truck shakes so bad - that Chevy knows of the issue that they put bad tires on the 14-15 Silverados and the tires flat spot, BUT Chevy isnt doing anything about it, so I could spend $100 on a test to show Chevy that the tires are bad and MAYBE they will do something... What the crap is that??? I purchased the road hazard on the tires when I bought the truck, does it cover that? For some reason, no. Since I declined to give them any more $ for this fiasco, I was told that everything is ready. Um, what about the recalls? What about the other warranty items that I brought it in for? Oh, well let us look at it again, its not ready now, well call you later when its ready. Went to pick it up and the main issue that I brought it in for was not even looked at and the problem still remains. I dont have time and patience to deal with this. Its sad because I live within walking distance of this dealership and I refuse to go back. The icing on the cake is : We dont care enough to attempt to fix this, so we will give you a super lame response of " Hey! Call us if you want us to care! Heres our Managers number..... otherwise, we really dont give a flip!" This place is a joke! I will never be back, and on top of that, I most likely will never buy a Chevy, and this is now my 4th truck from Chevy. Done Son!

I went for a oil change at 4:40 and was told that it would take an hour. They didnt finish with my truck until 6:45 and when they brought my truck out, the service member started the truck and it sprayed oil from the bottom next to the passenger side wheel. So they took it back and told me if I could wait in the waiting area so they can fix it. I had a feeling that this is not good at all, but when they brought it back out they said it should be okay. Now notice it was just an oil change and their sign says "Certified Service". At 7:05 which is their closing time I drove off heading home. As I was driving I started to smell something burning coming out of the vents. I thought it was the car in front of me so I just roll the Windows down and kept driving. I arrived at home, rolled my Windows up and all of the sudden my whole cab was fill with smoke like someone had burning oil inside the cap.I turned off the truck walked outside and saw smoke coming out of the engine. I opened the engine hood and looked inside I couldnt find where the smoke was coming from. I looked underneath the passenger side by the wheel there was oil dripping and cant figure where it was from. I got back inside the truck and turned it back on rolled the Windows down and turn the heater on full blast and my truck start making a weird noice and it was shaking pretty bad. I am so pissed that it was just an oil change and my truck did not have any of these problems and they did this to me. Especially when its a 2014 Chevy Silverado LT Texas Edition. How in the world can you mess up an oil change. I called them back and luckily they answer and I spilled every word that any pissed off person can say. I am going back tomorrow after talking to the service member but I am so disappointed how this turned out. I came to this place with confidence since its a chevy certified service. But now, its a no no if youre a chevy owner and wanting a oil change. If a customer only ask for a oil change, dont mess with other stuff. We know youll try to sell us all the small things for an outrageous price, but please respect the customers what they want for service. So, tomorrow is going to be an interesting day.
