They arrange their wines alphabetically by type, versus region....so if you are looking for a wine from a particular country, you have to read EVERY LABEL to see where it is from...totally unhelpful to me! When asked why I was leaving empty handed by a customer service representative, I nicely explained that I didnt find the layout helpful, or have time to read every label in the Cabernet section to find which came from France. At this point instead of letting me just leave, a few representatives became confrontational/argumentative... I was told I should have gone to the Bordeaux section. When I said I didnt want a Bordeaux, but just a French Cab, they told me that what I was asking for, is a Bordeaux, "because it is the same thing." It is NOT the same...Bordeaux is a blend of grapes, which does include Cabernet (and Merlot, and others).

Spent 15 minutes walking around and found it hard to manage, not incredible well stocked, confusing and overall unwelcoming. I was never approached by anyone and as rose was displayed in at least 3 different places, I found it difficult to find what i was looking for. Parking is a nightmare (why did they put this place in a mall????).

I LOVE this store!!!! There were plenty of staff around and they were able to locate exactly what we were looking for, and they were very friendly and eager to help. They have so many amazing selections of wine, beer, cider, pretty much anything alcoholic you could ever ask for!

So amazing! Kind of overwhelming but honestly, I really loved the selection. They had a huge mix and match beer. I love trying new beer but scared of buying a 6 pack so its good to grab one and try.
