Attempted to order two bouquets of flowers for Mothers Day. Spent 20 mins on the phone just for the lady to get my name phone number and the address after repeating everything multiple times and being ignored told the lady what I wanted from what was on THE WEBSITE and she said it was $60 I said no its $45 and then she tried haggling me. I proceeded to say, you know what Ill just take my business elsewhere. Horrible experience never ordering from here. Called Shirleys flowers and spent 5 mins on the phone gave her all the information once. I advice you now to waste your time with Kameo.

Being in Maine for schooling, I had to call in with a request for yellow/bright flowers to send to my mother at work. Jordan helped me with the whole process and was patient with me while I made sure my mom was where I thought she was. Not seeing the arrangement prior to buying it, I was happy with what she made. Exactly what I had asked and delivered within 5 hours of my ordering them. This is my second or third time dealing with this company and they have been nothing short of great each time. I have NEVER been so disappointed! They are rude and very unprofessional! Got flowers delivered and the quality was poor the flowers were wilted and damaged and then the replacements were even worse! Never, ever go there! Better quality at Safeway! So disappointed!

They were able to accomodate for a very last-minute order for a flower crown in just a couple hours. I picked the least pricey option, which was still $50. But they put together a creation that would have been way beyond my diy flower crown-making capabilities.

Called multiple times on Valentines day for a birthday the next day. Three times they picked up the phone and hung it up without saying anything. I guess customer service isnt important when they are busy.
