My main transport most of the year is a 05 Ninja 250. I commute 60 miles a day between Turlock, Modesto and Riverbank. I am in desperate need of my bike functioning properly everyday. I do all of my own service and keep the little Ninja in as good of running shape as possible. But today I found myself with a cracked valve stem and a flat tire a half mile from work and 15 from home. No way for me not to be stranded, no good. Luckily I was at the 76 station and just an easy roll down Carpenter to to HK. James quoted me a price and a time and I was happy to sit on the new bikes while the service department met their goal exactly. As meticulous as I am about tires, chains, oil, lube and my engine being in top condition, I couldnt count on anyone but a factory team with my bike. It was just a valve stem, but words were kept, and I got home. And I know that air pressure is proper, torque specs are spot on and a factory bent and spec cotter pin is in place. Good people.

Matt Borup and the rest of the crew are amazing! I drive from Sacramento to get my bikes serviced there! Great deals on all of the parts and gear I need to keep my family on the trails/track! I recently had an issue come up on my KX450f right before we were leaving on a trip to go riding in Utah. The Service department squeezed me in and got my bike ready to go before our trip! Many thanks again to the amazing staff here! They are rockstars here! Great selection of bikes and gear and super helpful staff! I highly recommend this place! Worst expirance ever. Asked service to check my mapping on a brand new Ktm. Exhaust started to melt plastic next it. This place told me the plastic was damaged by a tire in shipping. Needed to take it to the place I bought it. Picked up my bike with 13 miles on it and took it to NorCal KTM in sac. Never again will I gk to this place

Called down to the dealer two days in a row looking to speak to someone in parts only to be put on hold for up to five min. Each time. I will drive out of town to get my parts now just so I dont have to put up with the lousy service! Seems like the management and employees have forgotten who customers are.

I lived in Modesto for several years and frequented this place. Their parts department cannot be beat. On several occasions they gave me a better deal than I could find online, especially with OEM and OEM-equivalent parts. They were able to get parts shipped in really quickly too, no shipping cost for me!

I bought my first bike here a couple years ago, the staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and informative and the maintenance side has helped me keep it runnning. Dropped in again today, thinking about a second bike, and same friendly no-pressure environment from people that love their bikes!

Good dudes working in the service shop. They know their stuff! Even the older bikes! Theyre honest about what you need, and dont attempt any up sell crap. Pretty rare at a factory dealership! This place is an asset to the modesto motorcycling community!
