DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Terrible service, terrible inventory, Terrible attitude. I wouldnt trust these guys to even wash my sled. Tried to sell two sleds though these guys over the summer; drove by several time and never saw the sleds out front. After about a month of nothing one sold for super cheep, and more nothing. By the time winter started I final said screw these guys and went to pick up my dragon. Guy went out back to get it were it had sat uncovered in the sun all summer long collecting dust. As he pulls it up the ECU fries from bee nest build up in it from sitting for so long! Then he tries to charge me for him to fix it!!! So angry I just took my sled sold it my self. I almost never go in here anymore and if I do it is just to buy a small part or belt and even then no wants to help me and when they finally do they do it with a pissed off mood and no clue of what they are doing. Half the people who work there dont even know what KLIM gear is!!! Wouldnt trust them with Bike, quad, UTV or sled. If I could give them negative stars I would, dont even think about coming here!

These guys know how to take care of people. Had a catastrophic rear tire failure (interior delamination) coming down the hill and had to be towed from Dutch Flat. By the time the truck got my bike to AEPS, it was near closing time, but they went to work on it right away. I had to spend the night in Auburn, but it wasnt their fault (and I dont blame them for me having to visit my mother-in-law while I was there). They just didnt have enough time to get it done before closing time, but they had the bike ready to go first thing in the morning. Under the circumstances, they could have charged me pretty much whatever they wanted, but they didnt get close to taking advantage of the situation. In fact, they charged me less than it would have cost me if I had gone to my local dealer for a routine tire change. Everyone there was great and I cant say enough good things about these guys.

I recently bought a Victory Gunner from Auburn Extreme Power Sports. They didnt have the Gunner their when I called and asked about it but they found one and had it shipped that same day. The sales guy Greg was great I went down to the shop to start the paperwork before the bike got there. I had about three hours until the bike was at the shop and they had put some of the parts I wanted on. So Greg let me borrow his truck to go get some lunch and run errands. I felt welcomed and at home with the friendly staff while I was there. The only reason Im not giving it 5 stars is because they didnt have all of the parts I wanted in stock so I had to wait a week until they got there. Great experience overall. Would definitely recommend this place to a friend!

Terrible service. I work for a corporate company and when I called in to find part numbers for a broken Polaris ranger I was told they would not give me them unless I purchased the items from them. Roseville Yamaha who is also now a Polaris dealer looked up all the numbers and gave them to me within minutes. And FYI roseville Yamaha has schematics on their website you can order parts directly from.

They are the best. I have purchased motorcycles & atvs from them. They are knowledgeable, no pressure great to do business with. There service department is great. I do not let anyone else work on my stuff. They do great work & stand behind it.

This operation needs to grow up or it will die here in Auburn! Weve had enough of promising facilities coming here to sell/service our expensive toys, and all we get is mediocre service and sky high prices.
