Absolutely horrible service. I came here on a Monday to activate a 3rd gen Moto G, (My mom has the same phone activated on her plan with MetroPCS) and the person servicing me couldnt get it to work. I was given the option to pay for another sim card, or leave. I paid for a sim, and it didnt work. Money could NOT be refunded and payed $10 for MetroPCS to NOT activate a phone on their service. I take my phone to Cricket Wireless down the road and was told the sim slot in my phone was faulty and needed to be returned. Why didnt MetroPCS test my phone first before telling me to buy another sim? Either way, Cricket proved their far superior to customer service and MetroPCS lost me as a customer. Been with Metro since 2012, havent dealt with horrible customer service like this until now. Goodbye Metro, I really hope you properly train your employees on how to treat your customers.

Signed in as required and noticed they were taking other people before me that arrived after me, got up to ask finding out that the "security" had not even entered my name and the worker there asked if i wanted to be added that i would have to wait... Really? Not to mention that I left this location and called 8 times with staff picking up and hanging up the phone. Pathetic employees and "manager". Needs to be restaffed.... Im more than positive thats the problem. Corporate will you please step in? Im going to keep pushing the issue on this location

Theres a manager Hispanic Mexican guy & Hispanic lady both are horrible they think the store belongs to them , I went there to replaced my LG stylo two times but he gave me a non working phone, I went back again for the 3rd time fortunately a tall Hispanic guy replaced it for me with a good phone...I wont go back there again unless both moved to a different locations or terminated bec theyre prejudice idiots...corporate plz do something !!!

I gave this store 4 stars because the Director and the Manager called me back after I finally called and complained. The store can be very busy. I believe they try and provide good customer service. I have never not been greeted with a smile there. The Manager is certainly willing to hear from his customers and is very attentive when you are talking with him. I will continue to use this store for my phone service.

Got a great deal upgrading my android, also added another line, I was greeted and helped immediately right at the door, did not have to wait at all, this store had recently been remodeled on the inside, seems like Customer service skills and appearance of their store are very well improving.

They tell you wait for a call. After 2 weeks of no call I went in to check on my order. Worker asked if I had been called I told her no but its been 2 weeks. They went to look for my phone proceeded to tell me they had shipped it back. That I should have just went to the store. WOW!!!!!
