Had a bad experience with another sprint store before i decided to give Sprint another opportunity to keep my business since the other one didnt seem to care... this store is one of the best. Tisha was able to get me into a new phone in about 30 minutes and ALL my apps, game, photos, contacts...etc were transferred to my phone with smart share... i walked in witn an old S5, left with J7 perx for $61 and didnt miss a beat with anything.... it was a great experience and will definitely go back when i need something else
